Dude, he averages 3 TO a game, not 6+. Quit being a hater.

With the amount of great players the Lakers have, they can become dangerous any game, regardless of what their current record may indicate.

Never predicted this at the beginning of the season, but right now we are a superior team to the the Lakers and need to take care of business at home. Lets run these old timers out of the building.

I kinda wished the Lakers beat the Nuggets last night. They will give their maximim effort tomorrow to avoid a 4 game losing streak. We need great games from Lin, Parsons, and Asik to win this

Oh the irony, a team with a 15-18 record calling a playoff team "scrubs".

Sucks to be a fakers fan these days.

If Houston lets Kobe "get his" but no one else on LA gets into an offensive flow, then I think Houston will win.

Houston will be ready tomorrow night, I'm sure of that. They want payback (0-2 vs LAL this season).

If Howard doesn't play or is limited, I'm sure we will win. Howard stops easy layups. That hurts Lin, and others.

LA actually matches up pretty well with us, but they are starting to lose some confidence and seem to be fraying in terms of chemistry. Let's go Red Nation!

I was hoping for a Lakers win as well.

Knocking Denver down half a game (seed contender) and Lakers gaining half a game (11th seed so no threat to us) would not only have given us more breathing room, but would have the Lakers feeling a little less desperate.

Kobe is a top tier competitor, and you KNOW his ego won't allow them to miss the play offs without leaving everything on the floor.

Unfortunately, we're going to be on the receiving end of that desperation. The Rockets will really need to bring it tonight.

    Technically we're 1-1, not 0-2...

I think we have a real good shot at winning this game:
    1. We are playing at home on a winning streak.
    2. We have our full rotation back and healthy.
    3. Playing a team that is struggling on defense right now
and could be without there best defender.
    4. A team that now has no post game for us to have to
contend with. They cannot beat us playing a uptempo
    game.

And we are welcoming Beverley. We won when we welcomed Anderson. I'm expecting the same.

Buss was a moron for choosing D'Antoni over Jackson. A team full of superstar egos like that needs a psychiatrist more than it does a coach. In Jackson, they'd have gotten both. Stupid, stupid move.

I feel a bit silly focusing on the Lakers. I wanted them to lose to Denver even knowing they're the 11th seed and several games back. Why do I want them to lose when teams #7-10 are nipping right at our heels?

I believe Rockets need to help Lakers very badly tonight. A blowup win by Rockets will convince the Lakers back office to dismantle their team to start team rebuilding process.
