why the fear of the lakers? they have as many injurred bodies as we do. and the game in our house.

how many people predicted a blowout loss before we played boston in their house?

i hope (and believe) the players on our team do not have the same mentality of some do on this board.

108-99. rockets win. maybe i should bet some $ online on this one.

Rebounds, rebounds, rebounds... I can go on and on. We need to rebound, and this will be a win. Battier on Kobe = Bricks.

Win of course, it always happens when a team that is not suppose to have any chance of winning pull off the unthinkable. Plus the Lakers will have some players missing this game.

IF WE WIN THIS GAME WITH NO ARTEST AND TMAC, I WILL BE EXTREMELY impressed with this team!! Proves how talented we are if we could pull it off

Oh a win would be particularly sweet.
To beat the Celtics and the Lakers so close together,
and to do it far from full strength.

Will we see Deke? Oh please just for a few minutes.
Will Brooks go off. Please, at least for a quarter or two.
Will Wafer hit some threes? If not then perhaps a monster throwdown.
Will Landry hit his midrange? Or at least get a few offensive rebounds.
Will Hayes take the ball away from someone?
Maybe Luther will even start lighting it up.
Scola might get 15 or 20.

    Anything could happen.

A loss. Without Ronron and Grady, Yao just can't bring us a win.

If Kobe goes for 50, Lakers may win this.

Tmac is out for 2 weeks and Artest at least another week. Therefore we won't see those two tomorrow. Battier may play as he is listed day to day.

I predict Kobe would be on fire and kill us. This was like playing against the celtic, except we got no defender in artest.

Definitely a loss for the Rockets, Yao himeself can't beat the Lakers without a legitimate second offensive threat :(

As much as I love the Rockets and want to see them beat the ***** out of LA I can't see them winning this one. With Shane prolly still trying to get back in game shape nobody else will be able to stop Kobe when he is on the bench. Plus no Ron and uh...T-Mac, and Yao has trouble playing against Bynum/Gasol.
