Everyone needs to calm down- we'll get it together, eventually.

First, Kurt was on fire. For a second, you might think he's an all star. Then, that damn 3 pointer. What can I say?! Knicks were just hot tonight.

Although I don't understand why JVG took Yao and T-Mac out twice at the same time tonight. Without either of 'me on the floor, who the thell did JVG expect to score? Can someone enlighten me?

Isn't this about the point in the season where Van Gundy quit on the Knicks?

This game just tells 3 things:

    1. Our bench is really thin.

    2. Yao is not there yet: should not pass the ball instead should go strong to the basket and shoot it.

    3. T-Mac is not Kobe, he has a lot to learn, both offensively and defensively.

JVG is going to lose all his hair. Leaving Yao and Tmac off the floor at the same time for too long.

I am not watching another Rockets game until they get back above .500. Why not call a ****ing TO on the last possesion, and make sure you get the clock to 0 before you take a shot? What did JVG save those 2 timeouts for? Fire JVG!

This is one of the most painful 2-game stretches since the days of Choke City (Games 1 & 2 vs Phoenix)

    This team is so saddddd!!

Could have taken a much bigger lead and maintained it but we settle for 2 pt lead. Just pathetic.

Tmac ain't like KB at all, KB throws daggers for the tie or win (signs of leadership).

Yao puts his hand up -like he is getting arrested by the cops any minute- and expects the refs to give him charging calls on a regular basis. No block attempts at all. Last season at least he tried to go up and swipe it now . . . . .

Both guys are no finishers, do we expect the journeymen to be a leader??

    really sad

    :(

That was one of the most poorly coached games I've ever watched as a Rockets fan.

First off, what the heck is JVG doing leaving McGrady and Yao both on the bench during the beginning of the fourth as the Knicks are clearly gaining momentum and the Rockets are collapsing defensively. Now is not the time to prove some kind of point. You have to stop the bleeding as soon as possible and get at least ONE of your two studs out on the floor to give your team some help.

Second, make a freaking defensive adjustment because Kurt Thomas was basically unguarded for the entire fourth quarter and he's MAKING SHOTS. Last time I checked, you pick the guy that ISN'T making shots and THAT'S the guy you leave open.

Third, Van Grumpy clearly got his you-know-what handed to him by Lenny Wilkens tonight. Wilkens pushed all the right buttons and made the right adjustments at the right times. Van Grumpy stood there and watched his team blow a 12 point lead and did nothing.

Finally, just like the Atlanta game, this shouldn't have even been close. You have a 12 point lead going into the final stretch of the game against a mediocre (at best) team. I'm sorry but you can't pin this one on the players. Van Grumpy just got out coached. Period.

    Nice Lost!

This lost won't bother me as much as before, because I'm already getting used to it by now, so no big deal. :(
