It is just he has to work to adapt to a complete new head coach, to mix it up his games and alot of time has to be the playmaker, passing and dishing assist to his team mates for open look shots. Did you see how he owned Dwight Howard and Amare Stoudemire in their match-up? By the way, this is the 6th game the team played without Tracy McGrady. And can you tell me what is the win/loss ratio of this past 6 games, assuming this is a win in the pocket already ? Let me tell you 4W 2L, and this team struggling under 0.5 while Tracy McGrady was still with the team, will be back on foot again.
Yao looks a lot better on the offensive glass this year. But that last TO sucked. When he's that close to the basket he doesn't need to bring it down. Just turn and shoot.
Yao looks pretty tired tonight. His shots are short and that's an indication of tired legs. With the way Deke was playing, I'd say give Deke a lot more minutes tonight cause Deke has fresh legs.
