Lin is too nice. He needs to be assertive for once in his life. Dem asian manners

hes going to the Bulls anyway, count on it.

Got benched the whole 4th quarter, and yet when asked about how Harden performed in tonight's game, he still spoke highly of him? God damn it, Jeremy, talk it up for yourself aight?

I thought McHale was beyond that crap with Lin. Lin has to have a talk with McHale. I wish he could stay a Rocket but if McHale insists on this type of garbage, Lin has to go to a coach that believes in him and lets him play through mistakes. McHale lets other players do so that don't even have the same impact on the game Lin does.

he could call out the whole team but then that would be pointless as the only one he disciplined was Lin.

Part of it might be true but winning cures it all. We are not winning enough games in his mind.
I believe so. He really thought we would be up there in the Standings.
And he has to be watching Asik, a good player who does not want to be on the team playing with him.

'Hey, it's me Dwight, most players would want come play with me and for me.'

Let's be fair here. It's not "not used properly", but rather "not treated fairly, and that's not even close".

If I were Lin, I would have talked to McHale and Morey behind closed door, long long time ago.

It's not that Lin's too nice. He's doing his job. He's trying to do what McHale is asking of him. If he pulled an Asik on us, this team would have been screwed.

how many plays do the rockets actually draw up during close games? or is it a matter of reading and react on isos.

It's looking more like the Rox, under McHale, will not be able to get the best out of Lin. Lin, to his credit, is trying to adjust his game and is putting an effort on both ends. The boneheaded plays in 3rd though. SMH. I guess 2 good quarters is not enough to earn the coach's faith.

I also saw Brooks struggling on defending Udrih but he seemed under control even if he was missing shots. Whether it was his fault or not, Lin seemed out of control in the 3rd. Maybe my eyes fool me.

Lol!!! Yeah motet has been trying to trade him for awhile now but nothing shakes because of that poison pill contract. Owners don't wanna look like a fool paying Lin all that money if he doesn't come in a produce at a high level.

I'm a big rocket fan, & defend mchale sometimes because I feel like everything is not his fault sometimes, but I lost respect for him after tonight. He's not fair when it comes to sitting players.

Howard is going to end up down that same road once asik comes back if he's rebounding and playing good D while entering the 4th.

Really, Lin being on the roster alone was a major factor in winning the game. Houston has not loss any game to the Knicks since going to Houston (the 2nd time). Lin to the Bulls would be awesome.....

IMHO, there's no need to even out the minutes for both players. McFail said he left the group that got us right back in the game on the court, yet he inserted Dwight to the mix with about 5 minutes to go in the fourth.

Jeremy is proven to be a prolific scorer in the fourth quarter, and got benched. Well, on the stat sheet, people wouldn't notice what the catch is considering 8 minutes difference isn't that big of a deal.

Actually, I was thinking that might be the reason Jeremy wasn't playing in the 4th quarter. He already got 28 minutes playtime. He got his 14pt and 4 assists season average.

I just call it as I see it. If you guys are spewing bull**** about Lin, I will defend him. If his fans are saying dumb stuff, I will respond to them.

Also, I came to watch Rockets for Lin, Parsons, Harden and Asik. Asik is not playing, Harden became a ballhog, Parsons is playing average with nothing to write home about and you guys are just hating on Lin. Who do you want me to talk about?

You got one thing right though. If Rockets are playing terrible basketball, I don't care if they win or not. I am basketball fan, first and foremost!!

What do you mean by "not treated fairly" which doesn't fall under "not used properly"?

Agreed. Seems like the only two players with no short leash are Harden and Parsons.
