Anyone notices the SF-only fans are suddenly very quiet.

wow, steve goes to the bench and our whole game doesn't go to hell for once. he might even get to rest for like the last 7 minutes. thankfully the outside jumpers returned in time to put this game away comfortably.

i swear when ming is shooting like this, it's almost shocking when the ball doesn't go in. like there should be a redo or something when it happens.

nice win on national tv again. steve's continues to rack up the W's against marbury.

and i hope everyone guards ming like the knicks did tonight. he'd easily put up 22 ppg or so.

If Yao hits once more and he will have a career high 31 pts.

uhh, i think jackson played about 2 minutes out of the first 41 minutes and yao went plenty nuts in those other 39 minutes.

thank God everyone's enjoying this win and not bashing steve francis b/c that would just be stupid.

Mark Jackson is the most amazing Rockets passer I have ever seen in 12+ years of watching the team. He's just amazing to watch - hopefully he can teach Steve some tricks of the trade.

Steve's play was just fine tonight. Only one turnover. He can never do good enough for you guys.

Can we count bonehead shots as turnovers ;)?

The offense ran better with Mark Jackson. Don't get me wrong - I'd rather have SF than Mark Jackson any day...

...but Francis has to learn that when Yao is playing that well and Steve is playing poorly...

Steve has to play second fiddle.

    How ****ing tragic.

Nice win! What a nite by Mo Tay and Yao, and what an addition for the Rockets - Mark Jackson!

Three questions. I'm being sincere, not catty here.

    1. Did you notice that Steve and Cuttino avoided passing to Yao more so than other players (the Jacksons, Nachbar, etc)?

    2. Would you agree that Yao was our best offensive force today?

    3. If Steve and Cat refuse to defer to Yao when he's clearly our best player (on the day), what should be the consequences for them?

I think JVG is seeing how he can use Yao with MJ (a bit wired to type MJ cause this name should have retired with #23)

Man idunno what's the deal with people hating on steve. He might not be having the best season. First people whine about he's too selfish and now he even passes too much. It's good the Rockets do good without him. But even you Steve haters jump up and yell "YES!" when stevie makes a crunch shot or if he were to make a buzzer beater. Im not a steve only fan. Im a Rockets fan. I didn't necerally like Scott Padgette cuase he's an ex Jazz player. Didn't necerally like Mark Jacksen cuase of his dumb free throw routine. But hey they help the Rockets be better and I Love the TEAM. Great game tonight. Mo Tay and Yao went off tonight.

This is all the YOF gets out of this

Marc Jacksons plays his first game as a Rockets, and Yao goes nuts!

i wish we could get Steve Nash this off season or someone like him and move Steve Francis to shooting guard. this team would be soo good then.

Then again, it's hard to bench him when Mo Taylor's playing that well.

Today, Mo was everything we wanted when he signed from the Clips. He was an all-star today... and he's been playing like that this year quite a bit. I could see him being a serious player on an excellent team.

Amazing what a true point guard can do. He opens up the whole court...

Reminds me of Lucas and Cassell...

    New line up....please...

Great win, put the Knicks back in there place because there weak up front. Marc Jackson is a great back up, struggles to run but great back up for Steve but up next is a very tough and physical Indiana team.
