    Excellent post...

Its not like Steve is just taking every shot, not letting anybody else get a taste.

His guys just aren't as good shooters.

oh gotta love the continual jvg=god rudy sucked theme.

last year the rockets weren't in shape, there's no more fatigue this year. then what was that in memphis?

and last year we gave up lots of easy shots. yeah, we were 5th in opp fg%, but apparently easy shots were just reigning in and jvg saved us.

thanks to our new found conditioning and non-easy shot giving up defense and jvg's genius, we...have...well pretty much the same record as last year. but still, everything's better.

    OMG!

Bill Walton: "Houston looks terribly disorganized"

This after the rockets have gone on a 13-1 run.

and ming is coming back in, too. hopefully he doesn't breathe too hard on van horn this time or it's back to the bench.

I've seen enough, after that pass from Jackson to Yao, Jackson definitly needs to play 15-20 minutes a night.

Yao played pretty well in the very beginning, but then benched due to foul trouble.:(

Luckily Mo Tay plays great again and we are in the lead!

He might not have the conditioning and defense for that yet... but maybe come playoff time.

Mark Jackson doesn't look too terrible in there. Improvement over Moochies play.

Finally a game that will show us something different:

    - Boki's solid defense and his steal and slam.
    - Mark Jackson's perfect bounce pass in transition to Yao Ming (is that what that looks like?)
    - Mark Jackson at the one, Francis at the two.

Some interesting stuff to chew on so far in this one.

had to leave the tv to post.... the pass to Yao from Jackson is the first time all season I've seen someone run the break from the middle!!! - - - thought maybe JVG was coaching them to run it from the wing....

Wow. The tempo seemed to change as soon as Jackson stepped on the floor.

I like seeing MJackson on the floor next to Francis. Good passing is contagious. With a competent backup PG, this is going to allow Francis to not only play less minutes, but also play some time at the 2 allowing him to "freelance" a little more (as well as the trickle down of lightening JJackson and Cuttino's minutes load).

Boki did a very nice job in there- that post up by KVH where Steve ripped the ball was set up by Boki playing very strong straight up post defense. KVH had nowhere to go.
