Yao's out and the perimeter's open, can't blame the Rockets for firing off three's when they're open. And a lot of those three's were wide open, even if they didn't go down. Yao looked pissed off when he headed to the bench. He's got a pretty good record when he gets pissed off, so let's see how he looks in the second half. The Rox have a 13 point lead. If they come out and play with intensity in the third they can put this one away.
well the trade will still happen. there is no turning back now that the players know they've been traded (almost). either another player will be substituted for george or the nets will get an agreement in place for a buy out before the deal goes down again.
The Rockets are seriously too happy right now and the run by the Kings at the end proves it. The last few minutes consisted of a lot of one on one and jacking up long shots - that's the best way to let a team back in the game. Why not drive to the hoop? Why not try to get to the line? Why not cut hard and get to the rim? A potential 20 point lead is now just 13. They better get their heads on right or we're going to have another major collapse.
lol....maybe. I just think that he needs a few games to get that swagger back 100% I just want the team to peak at the right time. We are making ground in the playoff picture, and as long as the Rox keep winning, they don't have to worry about anybody else making trades for old guys....I mean, I respect Shaq and Kidd (hall of famers) but I'm happy with the core and any changes that need to be made are at the end of the bench (Mike James, I'm looking at you)
T-Mac needs to rest his bad knee. I hope he can get enough during the AllStar break but he does not look 100%. I believe getting MM will help let T-Mac get some time off to get to 100%. I just hope everything works out for the team.
