Huh? Who couldn’t shoot on the Warriors besides their bigs, draymond and Livingston? Shaun played a post game primarily and Green did it all as a passer and defensive anchor. Nwaba is prob benched due to poor shooting as. 3-D guy. Needs to make those shots since that’s his role.

    • If harden still doesn't want to be part of this team then just trade his ass im born and raised in htown id rather have Gerald green out there every night loving the fact that he plays for Houston than harden playing for us just bc he is under contract but wants to be somewhere else

I don’t really like Wall. Doesn’t seem to gel with Harden and I said this all along that I think his best role would be as 6th man with EG starting.

there you go, that's a plenty of guys that couldn't shoot but did other things well...there isnt a team where every player can do all things well..you're a good coach make it work...nwaba is not a perfect player but does a lot of things well

Looked at the kings record and they’ve beaten the Nuggets twice and the Suns in a double split. That is pretty impressive.

I think they need to pick up a solid 5 like Taj Gibson or Manhimi to shore up that frontline defense and clog the lane especially when they play those talented bigs. They might need a quality backup pg like Napier. I just don’t like the overall defense. It just doesn’t look right and reminds me of those early Melo blaming days couple years ago. They aren’t running through screens or fronting and so many issues switching. No help defense either. I say again it starts with wood. He has so many issues on playing pick and roll D all the teams are targeting him.

Watching the replay, man what a fun game. Our D has struggles, but I really like the hustle and energy. Its great having multiple playmakers, wow. When Paul was here, we still only had 2. Now Harden, Wall, Cousins, and Wood... mixing rotations and giving that much confidence to the next man up. Btw, Wood keeps getting fouled without calls, what's up with that? Anyways, eventually the D will gel, I like this group.

Just saying Nwaba’s role is a 3-D guy. Iggy was a 3-D guy and not a great shooter but he didn’t shoot .167 from 3 and always hit timely 3s. I think once Nwaba improves his shot he will get a other crack at it.

Rockets problem isn’t Gordon. Issue is they aren’t:
    -picking up their assignments properly/confused
    -poor pick and roll defense
    -no help defense
    -no aggression/identity

I am calling Wood out. I am very concerned that he only focuses on one end of the floor. His defense is terrible. He needs to channel his intensity on offense to his defense as well. Often watches other players instead of playing help D. Doesn’t get down low enough and moves his feet especially against guards. needs to step up out of that paint when guards come off pick. He plays too deep and keeps allowing guards to roam free for a floater or short range shot. He isn’t pushing people out the box allowing bigs to get in too deep. This is due to size and strength. He is virtually a 6’10 swingman out there playing center. Man needs to beef up learn how to play D. Starts with him if he’s going to play 4 or 5 in this league.

You people are way over analyzing Wall. He hasn’t played a game in literally forever. Give him at least 3-4 more games.

Yeah Harden is prob being more of a leader than ever in his career having been thrust into the role more with the young roster. He is learning some invaluable skills this year that he can take with him whether he stays or leaves.

Yeah I’m very concerned about Wood. Teams are attacking him knowing his pick and role and post defense is terrible. He needs to beef up in the off season but for this year only thing Rox can do is pair him with an aggressive defensive big as a starter.

If only he channels this intensity on offense into his defense then he would be elite.

I hope he stays. Sacramento had no answer for James when he came in down the stretch and the Kings have a good team this season (for once). Harden was/is truly amazing. I can count on the fingers of one hand the number of games I’ve missed seeing since he was acquired, either live or delayed, having LP the entire time, and he still blows my mind.

At the very least, we should wait until near the deadline to seriously consider offers, in my opinion. It makes too much sense. I know it’s fun to speculate about trades and read the latest (pure BS, more often than not) “insider” columns from outside the BBS.

I enjoy it myself, but we’d be nuts to deal now. My hope is that he’ll want to stay, but if he still feels he needs a change of scenery (and a new owner), that’s when we’ll get the most from teams.

There’s always risk in waiting with the “I” word (I’m superstitious when it comes to the Rockets), but no one is more durable than James Harden. Fingers crossed.

I’d rather win the NBA Championship. To hell with Gerald Green

James Harden and Chris Paul weren't clicking either in the beginning of their 1st season. It takes time to know each others part of the floor and knowing each others game.

After a full week off for John Wall with 22 points 9 Assists.

John Wall is very smart I think he is way better than Russell Westbrook. I think this tandom will work.

John Wall does make Eric Gordon, Danuel House better. John literally wants everyone to be included in the Offense.

John Wall passing skills are so impressive, 9 Assists is very good.

We literally took the lead with the Wall/Boogie lineup...

Wall is underrated. I like that he isn't abandoning the 3 point shot too. He shoots with confidence.
