That's it, Yao is I-C-I-N-G it, and even actually jumped for that block (goaltending, whatever)

Just one game, Yao is so much better than Swift...Athleticism is overrated.

    But being 7'6 isn't!! :D

On a serious note, the only thing I was pretty dissapointed with tonight was Stro's rebounding and defense. We had to put Howard back in late in the game because Stro couldn't grab a defensive board to save his life.

He'll get better... and so will this team. Its amazing that we won this game comfortably, while playing this awful.

    JOHN BARRY FOR MVP!!!

He was huge tonight. A shooter who was hittin' his shots - perfect. Hustling, making players everywhere, gotta love it.

I thought we played pretty well. Good ball movement. Lots of energy. Yao didn't get tired. Plenty of good signs. And a win.

only 2 away from big mac land even with all the sloppy play. nice. someone needs to hit the next jump shot.

and jon barry apparently needs to give a motivational speech before every game from now on.

He was only able to play 25 min and that's why he is not tired at all.

Well, you guys ask for it...you wanted a 20/10 from Yao. This season so far he got 22/10/1. Thats a pretty good improvement from last season. :) ;)

Yao is just starting to prove to the Refs that he can play agressive. its a bonding relationship. i think as the season goes on, those ticky tak fouls will become a non-issue.

Wow, what a game...Too bad I can only read the Play-by-Play, hope that R2K or somebody else could post the torrent file or highlights here soon! Can't wait to see this game! ;)

All Yao really needs to do is maintain this level of aggressiveness. The referees will eventually start to adjust to him.
