Noway in hell YAO DESERVES A MAX CONTRACT!!. maybe if he actuallu starts demanding the ball and starts playing like a man, then we'll see. certianly not the way his playing. the big fella is spineless. you're 7'6, throw you're big frame around!. being that huge, i mean how hard is it to establish position?

    Critical mistakes

    1. Should've left Yao in that last play regulation to guard Webber in inbounds. I was suspecting that Kings's going to put it in Webber hands for a 3 because they've done it many times. I turned out to be right.

    2. We shoot ourselves into the game. But we should have looked for Yao down low down the strech. That's the easy bucket. In stead we were taking bad shots far outside.

    3. Wesly was owned by Bibby, though he played well in the 4th on Bibby. But last 15 seconds he should've fouled Bibby eariler like Tolbert. Not saying he cost us the game, but that was obvious to do.

What a let down after a big comeback.

It was a good game definitely. Disappointing loss. Amazing display by Padgett. The one point where I thought we made a mistake down the stretch was the minute they put b.miller on padgett, we should have gone down to yao. Obviously they finally recognized the fact that Scott was shooting well which means the interior was less defended which the ball should have went down to Yao. Minute detail but I think that would have definitely put the game away for us. Scott did a great job of stretching out the defense and Yao would have been free inside. Overall we did good near the near the end to catch up but we had them on their heels and couldn't deliver the knockout punch. Credit to webber though. That's a tough shot to hit.

Now for that one phantom call against t-mac for pushing webber? WTF!! that was bull**** so bull****! i can't believe it!! aAaAARRrrGH!! T-mac was no where near him!! They couldn't even pan out far enough to show t-mac and webber in the same frame!! ARrrgh.

Okay there is my best Dr. Jekyll and Hyde impersonation

I do care about the freaking Rox! That's my damn cross to bear sometimes. To see a loss like this just lit a fire in my azz. Yao is one of our stars, he's our foundation, you have just witnessed what happened when we ignored him and took him completely out of the offense!

JVG made another huge mistake AGAIN! He did it once last season, yet he didn't learn the lesson! WTH was he thinking at that time?

Fine, you miss the chance to foul, then why put Yao on bench while letting TMac guard Webber? What a stupid decision making!

Even Yao has been struggling this game, he did ok. He missed a lot after the first 2, but he managed to make it up in second half. The TOs in 3rd quarter killed us. The reason that we get frustrated with Yao is because he used to perform well against Kings, but today he is just Miller's b****. :(

He doesn't deserve it right now but he's going to get it. Either the Rockets are going to pay him or another team well. Hopefully it's going to be the Rockets.

I remember last year's team with the so called ball hogging francis and Cat

Yao was an equal partner during overtime and in many of our OT games

Atlanta (41 points last year) he was the deciding factor in getting an OT win. Tornto as well

With this team they are so afraid of Ming turning it over and other crap he only gets one touch in OT and only when we were about to lose the game.

Pretty sad the way this team is supposed to built aroung Ming, eh?
What great confidence this team shows in letting the supposed half star of this team whose still shooting 52% (even though he had it tough this game) play like one of the decisive factors in the game. If Boki was still on this team he would of had more touches than Ming in this OT and probably in many future ones.

Yao ming on this team is nothing but a role player period. nothing more nothing less.

    Gundy has such an ego...

He should have been playing Padgett all along...

Should have fouled at the end of the game... Inbound the ball and toss it straight up in the air... GAME OVER!

This win hurts TWICE as much.

I say this because if the Rockets were blown out, they would have come back with that much more fire the next time around.

This loss was just heartbreaking because the Rox had it but made a few moronic plays at the end.

Hopefully the rockets can recover for the next game and Yao can make it to the store tonight to pick up his tampons before the pharmacy closes.

China may have to groom another baller because Yao being the best Chinese baller is just plain embarassing to the entire nation. Tolbert was killing Yao the entire game. It's a good thing Tim Legler wasn't courtside. He would have lit into Yao like he was Manute Bol. I wouldn't be surprised to hear more of the name Yao Muresan bandied about. It was when the Rockets decided NOT TO GO TO YAO that they rallied. Maybe it's the way Yao is being used. His weakness is upper body strength (or lack of to be more specific) and lateral quickness (or lack of to be more specific). He definitely looked like garbage this game.

Should have fouled at end of regulation. When Weber hit the three to send it into overtime, I knew it was over. Padgett's great game was wasted. In other news, Ming took the night off. A really tough loss. The Kings did not play like a tired, injured team. I was shocked. They saved their "A" game for the Rockets. Bibby is the most irritating player in the game. He can hurt you in so many ways. I'm thoroughly disgusted. The Rocket's had this one, and let it slip away.:(

Come on guys, it was not Yao's fault, win as a team, lose as a team.

By the way who was guarding Webber when he got that wide open 3 to tie it?

    hmmmmmm?

    ;)

And you should care about Yao's career too because right now, he's part of the Rockets.

Really, what happened at the end of the game is we got too complacent as a team in settling for the 3 bombs. It's just a sign of immaturity. We thought Scott wasn't ever gonna miss and we thought that TMac was gonna hit. Instead of moving the ball, we wound the clock and shot the long ball. It caught up with us. Padgett had an outstanding game but he was bound to miss one. We can't depend on our shooters going 15 for 15. We gotta spread the floor, and move the ball around the floor, baseline, inside, top, wing, corner, use the whole floor.

That is true. And once Yao shows he wants to be more than just a role player, that's when he'll get the ball more.

Chris webber is a hoe ass b**** for spying on the play...i think he should get fined or suspended or something for that...he blatantly stood around the huddle and then ran to his team and told them the play...no wonder he was about to go to jail for accepting money from a drug dealer...hes cheating unlawful b*stard...
