whatever. I can take the loss. Should have been a W but I'm not too saddened. Should be proud the way they rallied.

This team is going nowhere after I watched this game. The best this team could reach is two-year-ago Kings. Anyone who saw this game could easily find that Yao was like an idot running up and down the court. If this guy didn't get involved into the offense, why is that a necessarity to keep this guy on the court or even in the team? Something is wrong here.

    three observations:

    1) Yao's early sorry ass play put the Rockets down
    2) Tmac played like the old Francis late in the game
    3) live with 3, die with 3

Agree. It was dumb on DVD to not foul the Kings at the end of regulation. It was dumber not to put Yao on Webber/Miller at the end of the game to prevent the 3s.

    Stupid JVG!

Rudy liked to foul in those situations, I don't think JVG does.

This should be in the Game thread.

Unbelievable. This is a terrible loss for us. I can't believe JVG didn't have us foul. I've seen JVG do it before, DON'T GIVE THEM THE CHANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just don't understand why we didn't foul. Free Throws can only put them down by one and even if they missed the 2nd and get a put back, the chances of that happening are much much lower than shooting a 3.

Webber getting the shot was so frikkin obvious it's painful. I called it, and I knew he would get a good look. Either JVG wasnt prepared for it or Tmac just blew the play.

Yes, we did play with a lot of heart in the 4th to get back in the game. You gotta hand it to our players for that. I'd like to know if Van Gundy wanted the foul before the Webber shot or if he just wanted us to D up.

Yes, that was stupid not to foul, but the Kings called a great play and you have to give them credit. I personally say that all of this is Patrick Ewing's fault.

Should have fouled at the end but man..every loose ball went to Sacremento in OT.

Cat gets one and almost falls over, picks it up and nails a 3...that was killer.

Oh well, an entertaining game, but Tmac just did not have it at the end.

Lamar Odom + Chris Mihm + Caron Butler

    for

    Yao + Mo

I think Lamar Odom can be an excellent sidekick to TMac especially in the uptempo offense.

Hopefully New Jersey can take care of the Lakers so we don't fall all the way to the #9 seed.

Has Yao ever played well on national TV this year? What is with Yao and nationally televised games?

Hey general_thade03, Yao played like a pansy this game and once again (surprise, surprise) was not aggressive at all. Until he learns to be aggressive with his opponents as well as his own teammates, he deserves to be treated like crap. This isn't pre-school. Who the F*CK cares about his feelings? Is he a pre-menstrual woman??? He's making millions of dollars for chrissake. He needs to play with passion or, barring that, play like he at least gives a damn. He needs to wake the hell up. The rockets organization, JVG, and rockets members FIRST AND FOREMOST duty is to WIN. Yao Ming's development is secondary to that and after 3 years in the league, Yao needs to take control of his own development. He needs to look in the mirror and ask what's wrong with himself, why he's regressing, instead of being a headless chicken running around the court and then feeling bad when his teammates don't show him any respect..

The Rox should won that game, hands down.

    P.S.

Yao is the biggest 13 year old girl I have ever seen in my life. F*cking grow some balls and compete for once. Get angry and stay angry. DAMN.

JVG lost the game. Why did he take out Yao in the last paly of the regular time? And in the OT, Yao just got one touch?

Mobley kill us once again, either in our team or in enemy's? :):(
