Yeah, first it's Mooch losing the ball, now that he's gone, SF is perfecting his 24 second panic fadeaway. I don't what it is about SF, I guess just not used to playing without the ball. If Houston wants to make it to the next level, they might need to do what Sacramento did with white chocolate
Jeez airball from Francis. He's got a mental complex or something because some of those shots he's taken aren't that difficult.
Not only if Francis embarrassing himself offensively, he's also leaving Mike Bibby WIDE open on every shot, and he's hitting all of them. The Kings point guards are outscoring the Rockets point guards 36-6, and that's why this game is all but over.
Yao's gotta dunk when he's that close. Just when I was about to compliment Francis on showing up in the other areas of the game despite his scoring shortcomings, Bibby keeps burning him for 5 points on two straight posessions.
Bibby is lighting it up. I think Francis should grow his hair back, maybe his shot will come back with it.
If SF doesn't have a game, Yao is not going to either. Don't mentioned Orlando, their coach was stupid not to leave SF alone and DT Yao.
i have an idea. how about we not let mike bibby come off picks unopposed all the time. i'm sure all the blame will be place on SF but do we ever help our guards or small forwards on picks in tonight's game? bibby or bobby get picks from vlade or brad and our guards are just supposed to chase them and flail wildly while they're open and somehow stop them while they're hitting everything. ooh, a shotclock violation.
I'm not going to bash Francis for his play for the remainder of the night. I support him and hope he plays better, but a lot of what is being said tonight is justified. In all fairness he is hustling his heart out, getting his teammates involved, and doing his best despite a poor shooting night.
I guess it just bothers me that when the Rockets go into Sacramento, they are routinely crushed by 25+. They are NEVER close there. But when the Kings come into Houston, they hang around. At least last season the Rockets b****-slapped the Kings at home in both games. This one is way too close, expecially after starting with a 12-1 lead.
7 for 13 from the FT line, that's horrible, let's hope that improves b/c every point is important tonight.
