THIS is why I love having CP in the 4th Q.
USED to be, teams would swarm James and cause turnovers.
NOT ANY MORE. CP can take the ball handling duties in crunch time and run the offense
with James as an additional weapon.

Tbh I think the jazz were better with the ball in Mitchell’s hands initiating the offense. He got into the lane at will and was able to get his teammates easy shots.

Defensively I think Exum did better against harden than Rubio would have.

Well watching this Pelicans game right now they dont look super amazing defensively. All I'm saying is, our offense is multi dimensional and we'll find ways to score.

No problem. Like I said we’re right where we wanna be ultimately which is the WCF with Home court. All I’m saying is I’d be more confident if some of the guys played like they did in the regular season.

Disagree. Mitchell cannot distribute like Rubio can. Also he had to force things being the only playmaker/ball handler and scorer. Sure he’s great in certain ISO situations but to do it over the course of a whole game/series playing out of position and learning on the fly as a rookie? Nah man.

I don’t think Rubio would have had to guard Harden. Not that anybody really had to the final 2 games.

I had guests over and they have a son so everytime cp was hitting those threes i had to censor the language. Could not enjoy it properly. What a game for CP. if he can replicate anything close to this against the Warriors and harden gets over whatever bug we can beat them.

    Disagree.

If Rubio didn’t guard him it’d have been Mitchell. Either way it’s a win for the rockets.

And Mitchell is much better with the ball in his hands than Rubio.

If they had Rubio it would've been a sweep. The Rockets, Harden especially always picks on Rubio. On defense Harden or Paul would strip him or cause turnovers and on Offense they would go one on one with him and no need for switching to a big man.

Harden has trouble with bigs camping at the rim. There’s been two elite bigs in the first two rounds.

There won’t be one in the WCF.

Having two ball handlers and playmakers is better than one. It really shouldn’t be that hard to realize that.

Also, CP3 didn’t have to expend any energy on Rubio which is part of the reason why he looked so good and fresh this series.
