They did a great job on Yao. They keep him out of the paint and we know how he is moving... He gets the ball, he takes it to the basket and gets charge or block. I think he has to rebound the ball make the putback, I know they make things tough for him

Destiny has brought us to this familiar place

So let it be written, so let it be done...

10 Years later, and here are the Jazz and Rockets, heading into Game 6 with a 3-2 lead going into the opponent's lair...

the story is the same, the lead characters are the same, but this time,

    ITS PAYBACK

I can't believe some of you are criticizing Yao. The man was worn out, not mentally, not spiritually, but physically. His desire to win was the only thing keeping him going out there.

Mental fatigue? I'd like to see half of you detractors try to run back and forth on a basketball court for five minutes without ANYONE guarding you, and see how well you shoot afterwards.

I hear you, clear and loud. Exactly, Yao can be physically soft and fatigue, but he will never be mentally soft.

Let's go Rockets, we will be there waiting for the exhausted Worriors.

Rockets2K... somebody... anybody... please make a GIF of that T-Mac move that made Giricek fall down! That highlight is a must for anyone that wants to make a T-Mac video in the future. The dunk over AK47 was also sick.

I heard someone say T-Mac hasn't dunked all series... well there you go.

Yes that dunk was very amazing. He also did a great move and a reverse layup, that was good too. T-Mac played just his game. He was attacking the basket not only made 3s but also scored in the paint

Yes, that will give your teamates more open shots.

Except he's too slow...so by the time he gets in the lane passes out and trys to get out of the lane the refs are calling 3-seconds. not to mention he'll be out of position to grab a rebound or even worse he tries to grab the rebound over millsap or AK and gets called for over the back.

Wow, what a stressful game...Rockets of old would have folded and the Jazz played a great game, but of course the better team won...Yao and T-mac were great and so was the rest of the team...Playing like a team was great and how strong they finished...They sure can disrupt Yao's rythum and wish we could find an answer...Hope t-mac is ready for game6...

I think they win in Utah, as that has been their nemisis and it'll catapult them into the next round...

The bench showed up. That was the difference. If they show up in Salt Lake, we have a slim, but possible, chance to close out the series. Head found his head late. Howard finally came out of his nooze (and that was big). Yes, not much of a bench in numbers of effective players in this game, but the difference.

    Just a hypothetical question:
if Rockets get to play Warriers in the second round, which team gets the home court advantage?

I believe the Rockets will, because we have a better record.

The best game T-Mac has played in 3 seasons. And all other players from Battier, JHo, RA, and Head not only show up but almost perfect. Yao as always, commands attention and makes the defense focus on him and facilitates his teammates for an easy game. Yao's number is decent too. This game is kind of a perfect game from the Rockets. The Jazz played very very good but failed to cash out. Every game is almost about home court. This series will go into 7 games.

    Go Rockets Go!
