That's what tough players do. The Rockets shy away from contact.

battier blew his load for the series in that first game, unfortunately most of those points were racked up when the jazz were leading by 10+. we could have used an offensive game like that tonight when it's actually close.

Even with Yao we don't win this series with head, and jackson playing like they are. Head is duplicating his terrible performance from last year's playoffs. Having Yao alos means that Hayes would probably not play at all, which is good.

We need that one extra really good player. I almost wish we had Artest right now. I wish Stevie could have worked it into shape by now. We're so close but you can almost smell another wasted season.

Our role players are people NOBODY ELSE IN THE LEAGUE WANTS. No team wanted Hayes. No team wanted Alston.

The reasons are obvious except for blind fans.

I wouldn't say the talent (outside of hayes and head) is that much better. Its just that Utah is in the zone and doesn't make mistakes. Whenever the rockets make any mistake they get pounded for 2.

In other words no RAFER playing REALLY HURTS.

Hell, if you take away all the fastbreak points off of turnovers the rockets are winning this game.

are you as pissed as me?...........after all, we are not too far behind but these guys r scared...they fear to tie the game or take the lead, all of them except tmac at this moment. all of them dont have the balls to do it, they seem like they don't want to hurt the jazz's feelings or sth...i feel it for Tmac, haters should stop bashing and i think they all STFU in this game the way Tmac brought tonight....Tmac is like Kobe 2 years ago with only himself on the team without anyone else playing ball.....damn...i rather go watch AV now..

How many layups does Scola blow every game by doing his fakes?

They're already at a disadvantage without Yao and Alston. Think if you had both of them...then you probably don't see very much of Hayes or Head or even Brooks (though right now I might prefer him over Bobby). This team is having to rely on some guys that probably shouldn't see the light of day (in the playoffs). That said, not even the key role players are playing consistently...it's like the same story every year. They step up in the regular season and push the team into the playoffs then just disappear. Then TMac and Yao have to basically do everything themselves, the team loses and then TMac gets the blame....hopefully they'll rewrite the script this season...please.

But it all kind of saddens me, the team gets a rematch against Utah but they aren't even fully healthy to go to war against them.

u see why tmac is a superstar and a guy like boozer isn't. boozer doesn't get trashed at all for his disappearance. tmac would have gotten murdered.
