McGrady made the assists in the 4th. If the whole freaking team collapsed on you, and you don't make the pass, you are a terrible basketball playing ballhog.

LeBron had a 5 and a 4 that could hit jumpshots. That's why he wasn't smuthered on the perimeter.

McGrady had Chuck Hayes and Scola as his front line. They could actually rotate off of Hayes COMPLETELY. That defensive rotation is a no brainer.

Please watch the game, look how the defense plays McGrady, and get that LBJ comparison out of here.

no, it doesn't matter what round you're in. when you have to do EVERYTHING (which he did) for even 2 quarters, you are tired. he did it for 3.

look at the recipe for success in the lakers last night: kobe only dominated for ONE quarter. hell, they led by 19 before he did anything.

look at utah. deron was a non-factor except quarters 1 and 4. boozer was a non-factor for most of the game. everybody chips in.

Pretty much what everyone on this board has said. And called it a flop, said he fell back as if he was hit by a train, and if scola was that strong we wouldn't have such a hard time getting boards.

The hardest thing about this for me is that we have an injured 20 10 center in our bench... What could we do if Yao was healthy? Injuries really are the disheartening.

The Rox can still make this a series. Plenty of teams have gone 0-2 and yet fought their way back. It will be incredibly hard but if they succeed how exciting that would be...

AB was OK and he did have a couple of nice slashes to the basket but he was a defensive liability out there and picked up 4 fouls. He couldn't slow D Will down at all and he killed the Rox tonight. BTW, it's hard to penetrate when you have all that size crowding the paint.

It's all over. I feel sorry for the ticket holders for game 5. Not going to happen.

At least we found out something about our 3 rookies. AB CAN play. With some seasoning he will be solid, maybe not starter but a great change of pace PG. He can shoot and he is fast.

Laundry, well that's a problem. Not signed and not really much use without his ups. Don't know if it's rookie fear or what but he's pretty worthless when out their in the playoffs.

Scola, I am hoping will learn to play with his left hand His moves can be predicted so people know how to defend him. For a 6' 9" PF, he CANNOT finish strong around the rim. He goes for finger rolls to the right 100% of the time. This can be and is being defended so he is not doing well offensively. Don't know how he can miss so many FT but he does. Just does. He would be very effective with Yao because the double teams will leave him semi open and his finger rolls will work. He cannot great for himself down low.

It's sad but a full team with RA and Yao would have made ALL the difference. This is the NBA playoffs and starting 2/3 of the team will not cut it.

And yes, Luther Head does not have the "it" to be a player.

Anyone who puts the blame on TMAC for this loss is absolutely clueless.

that ref should be suspended from the playoffs and if the nba wants to do something about flopping kirilenko should be suspended from game 3

im so far beyond pissed that im in a state of awkward bliss right now

the jazz might have still won but that ref gave them the game after we tied it, plain and simple

i don't mind that he gets the blame. we all expect tmac to dominate for 4 quarters, no matter how ridiculously impossible that is even for michael jordan.

but we learn that he's still a franchise player. now we need to go out and get some gus who can create their own shot. we need talent point blank.

    enough of this hustle crap.

Im with you 100% man. Giving a rookie a hard time for having trouble in his first playoff series is just plain wrong.
