Derrick Favors posted a tweet last night thanking the Jazz Nation-for this year Is that because hes not playing anymore this year/tomorrow?
Another chance to have a shot at the 2nd seed, it all begins with a W against the much hated Jazz. Pelicans will give the Spurs a good run tomorrow hoping it results in a W. Asik will get the Pop treatment in the 4th though.

seems like favors is gonna play then... man, what a relief it would be to see our defensive intensity from earlier in the year back for this game...
Our all out fast break offense of 2 years ago has all but disappeared. It's like a distant memory. The team really has evolved over the last year. There's no over-inflation of the stats now, and that make James improvement this year almost two fold what it might appear. I will be observing national f the jazz day. Go Rockets!
And yet we average the same number of fast break points, and play at a higher pace than we did 2 years ago.
You know, I am with you. They have to want as bad as we do. The problem is that even when you play hard with intensity, execution can be off. Sometimes you are hot, and sometimes you are not. The Rocket's sloppy defense last night made the Hornets look like the vintage Celtics, at least in the first half. I sure don't want another performance like that. Just couldn't hit the three point shot either.
Toyota Center better be rocking. They need to energize the team at the very start. If we go out to a big lead early the Jazz will just give up and be thinking about their vacations.
