Seven points up late in the game is a disappointing loss.
Now I know how the lakers felt when they were up by 4 when overtime was almost over.

The Rockets have mental hesitation, the won't get far if they keep lacking confidence in big games.

Go back to LA --troll. Maybe Mitch Kupchak can make a deal to trade for Yao. Looks like our Rockets can recover. We beat you Lakers recently in over time and it was sweet- but it did not mean anything.

Just go enjoy your Mavs if it is so difficult to watch. That little hand gesture your owner gave the Toyota center crowd in '05 playoffs- just give yourself that one finger salute.

    Troll-go home

So we could got 85 point and this would comfort you?

why shouldn't T-Mac take the last shot; at the last few seconds, the ball on his hand? JVG asked for it ?

I usually don't hate on our players, but when players are paid so much money and they can't hit free throws or three pointers on a more consisent basis, it disappoints me extremely.

I love Raefer, and when the guy is playing well, I'm just crazy about the guy. But going 1-7 from the three point line is just ridiculous. It's one thing if this happend only a few times, but it's happend on several occasions. JVG, tell your players if the shot is not dropping, pump fake and penetrate. That's what Raefer is better at.

T-Mac is my favorite player but his judgement at times really sucks. The last few nights his shot has been off, but in the Laker game he made up for it by going 15-16 from the free throw line. Last night he went only 0-2 from the free throw line. Drive it in man and make something happen. And when you get hot in the zone, then the threes will eventually start falling.

I know some of you are going to respond back by barking at me, and that's fine and I don't care. I just wanted to get that off my chest.

BTW, when Raef took that last shot, how many of you closed your eyes? I sure as hell did.

The Rockets are better than this. They really should have won this game. They really need to step it up a notch or their season's over.

I hope Yao, TMAC and JVG will sit down and figure out what went wrong last night. I also hope Rafer will not be allowed to take so many shots.

We'll have a tough series against Jazz, but we'll prevail.

Went to the game last night. Great atmosphere, but the rockets played so sloppy it was almost sad. Ugly game, lousy shot selection, and just overall sluggish.

Yao played well (minus some unfortunate misses in the 4th) but everyone else pretty much stunk.

Take solace, rocket fans. Even with it being Yao vs the jazz, we almost won. We are gonna crush these guys in the playoffs.

The worse part is knowing that tmac could have gone off. The jazz get owned regularly by swingmen like tmac, but he almost never drove, and his jumper was off.

I think Red Rowdy Night is starting to curse us. I went to the last one vs the Raptors and the Raptors just spanked us.

I wouldn't call TMac a loser, however, what the commentator said during during Laker's game is absolutely true: "What separates KB and TMac is Kobe is a clutch player and TMac is NOT". I think it is true: how many games we looked so desperate during the last 2 minutes? How many clutch shoot did TMac made?

I hope this year TMac doesn't make up some excuses such as a distant relative's or friend's misfortune affected his game such thing.

C'mon, this is the year [and next year] to FIGHT (note: not jump shoot) for Champ.

Bad lose for us. Yao was very good but T-Mac wasn't realy concentrated. It's all about how you start a game. He has missed his foirs 4 shoots, he was angry and frustrated. That;s why he had a bad shooting game. When you start your game in a good shape you play with enegry and it seems like the game is easier.
SOmetimes it happends, but let's forget about it
And what a night for Rafer...N/C

Let's beat Warriors and show them our great enegry, I expect a big night for Rafer and a biggest one from T-Mac.

Maybe Barkley is on to something on the Rockets.....I happen to think the reason we lost last night was because of one person.......Bonzi Wells.....we need him as a 3rd scorer in tight games.

Yeah, Barkley has a big mouth and he has been wrong on a lot of things. But he might be right about the Rockets this season. I will be very disappointed if the Rockets does not pass the first round in the playoffs and JVG is still here for the next year.

"There was miscommunication on a couple of guys' part,'' McGrady said of the last possession. "They didn't know where to go and they didn't set screens. I couldn't get open and nobody could get open.''

is he talking about yao setting the screen?
