Why do y'all keep saying he needs to fine tune his 3 point shot. Every great power forward didn't shot from downtown. He still can be a star without the 3 ball. What he needs is to work on that mid range game. That would be deadly in the pick n roll offense.

Apparently, last off season he was seen by many as the team's hardest worker and most improved, so it seems like he has the mindset to do what you suggest.
