This loss is on PJ Tucker! His man came from the base line to the top of circle to get that shot. PJ was too slow and got beat badly on that last play.
Again.....and I don’t blame PJ because his legs are probably shot because he is playing out of position every f-cking game.
I mean, if everything were left to odds, we wouldnt play the game. This lineup has like 3 games together, lets see how our stats fair over the course of the season, we havent had our full lineup for a while.
Harden 9-10 on non-threes. Wtf is dudes obsession with the long ball ? Is there a quota that needs to be met every game ? Minimum of 40 threes ?
I don't get what you are arguing here? Are you saying the rockets are absolutely definitely 100% contenders for the title, but yet at the same time disputing while also presenting odds to make your case?
No, I'm not saying that. I'm just saying lets see if those odds change, we have a whole new lineup with a different play style. I never once said Rockets are 100% title contenders.
This ream still 2-3 roster movement away from perfect. We need one more shooter as well as parameter defender…the 2nd best in the mkt is Hackless. Ego is good but his chronicle injuries gonna bring this team some problems, potentially overcasting our post-season games, he might be a glass ever since.
Once Harden got that 5th foul, his defense was much less aggressive. That was what really got the Jazz going.
That's what I don't get. These guys want more enjoyable basketball but they don't mind if we lose quite a few games by doing it. I would rather us play ugly and win most games. I just don't see us winning more than 50 games this season, because we still have to play a lot of the tougher teams. We'll probably finish 6th and get the Clippers or something. I just don't see our small ball doing much in the playoffs. We literally need Harden to turn up most nights for us to win consistent games. Westbrook has been amazing and he's been our best player in the last 5 weeks or so, but we're missing Harden's 3pt and free throw points. He had 33 atttempts tonight and only scored 39 points.... despite all that ball and driving to the paint he does, he doesn't get enough free throws. Just saying.... if Harden was in good shooting form and had 33 shots, you know he's dropping 50 plus points. It sounds weird. But Westbrook's carrying games don't really lead us to consistent wins. Whereas, Harden's carrying games would lead us to consistent wins. And before you starting b****ing that I'm blaming Westbrook. I'm not. I'm simply stating a fact. Yeah, it's on Harden because he's not hitting the consistent 3pt shot..... but we're missing his carrying more than Westbrook's. Harden will get his shooting form back. I just hope it's back in time for the playoffs.
