Silas would be fine with a vet team but it is a disaster with these young players. They need structure and they need roles and not just the ability to freestyle whenever they please.
Silas is telling them to do it. Silas is fighting to NOT run offense through sengun for some odd reason despite the stats saying it's better for all players.. and his job. it's weird.

I logged in to express my absolute disgust at the product Silas is producing. No offball actions at all, we set one screen per possession and thats a simple PnR with awful spacing. This isnt tanking, its incompetence.
Here's the thing which i knew then but didn't want to acknowledge was a factor - that March - April streak was against tanking/rest for the playoffs teams. I mean, after a half season of not really coming close to replicating it - you have to think that may have been ... Fool's gold
Silas' system has already destroyed KPJ. Sometimes i look at KPJ fresh off the gleague tape and it hurts because back then he was quick, decisive and looking to score on anyone. His shot was worse but everything else has gotten worse and I blame the PG experiment / Silas' system for it. I worry the same will happen with JG
