Rudy Gay sucks against the Jazz because he's not a guard

Wow can you believe it? We actually out-rebounded the Jazz despite Boozer's 17 rebounds. I'm so proud of Mutombo (19 rebs). I was worrying about giving Mutombo 30+ minutes and thought we should've acquired another backup big PF/C just to help out Dikembe. But he and Howard have responded to the extra playing time as well as you can expect.

Heads up guys, ESPN is about to talk about Rox/T-Mac during the halftime of the Heat vs Suns game, which will be on right now.

    Tune in...

People here keep bringing up Alston's 5/17 line but when I look more....
4/9 3PT, 6 REB, 8 ASS, 1 TO... there must be a reason why JVG put him of the floor for 44 minutes.

Did you hear Bill Worrell talking about Clutch the bear?

    "Dirty ole bear."

He trusts him to protect the ball...but Rafer got torched again on defense, and he can't shoot.......he is HORRIBLE at it.

He can shoot 3s at a decent percentage, but when he drives, Rocket fans cringe....

5-17????? You should not shoot 17 times when you are missing that often.

great win by the Rockets, just great...

there's something I noticed that really surprised me, I dont know if this has been mentioned before; did anyone see Tmac's post game interview? the guy sounded like the confident old Tmac and he didn't mention any of that "I lost a step" or "I am getting old" crap! the guy was like "when I am on a roll, no defense can stop me". I LOVE THAT ATTITUDE. THAT'S THE WINNING ATTITUDE..

    welcome back Tmac

btw, refs really screwed us today, and did I mention that I HATE BOOZER, WILLIAMS, AK47, Mehmet, and most importantly, MATT HARPRING  . I hate the jazz, I really do..Harpring is related to the freakin official or something, they whistled over 10 B.S calls on the Rockets..

You're beyond f***ing annoying, I think you've worn out your welcome here. Go back to trolling the Lakers board.

It's called championship basketball. We actually didn't even play good defense. It should have been uglier for the Jazz

Okay I have to respond to this... Chuck's fouls are not becuase he lacks BBall intelligence. They are because of who he's playing against. Recall his height is 6'6"?? Between the fact that he's gaurding guys who are most of the time at least half a foot taller than him and are "names" they get the call.

I am not going to disagree that Chuck is struggling right now, because that would make me foolish and blind. However, don't ever tell me he has low bball IQ because other than Shane, there isn't a role player with better bball IQ than Chuck.

Part of the problem I think is getting his confidence back a bit. He struggled when Tracy went out, changing the starting line up and limiting furthur his offensive threat. Then when Yao went down he again the same problem lost him the starting spot on the floor. Say what you will about him being a professional, he is still human. He will bounce back (hopefully sooner than later) and come up with a double double again, to have all you doubters saying "he's a scrub" and "he sucks" to eat your words.

You people have to make someone your "RyBo"... since Juwan is playing well, you can't make it him... Battier is hitting threes and producing offense now, so he can't be given the esteemed title. Since Vspan isn't on the court, you can't make it him... so guess who is left taking the "nomiker", I'll give you one guess.

Players have slumps and have to gain confidence again. That's just life.

I wish people would just enjoy wins and not find some thing to complain about ALL the time!

It's ridiculous that the Rockets can never hold off a 20 points lead.
