When Smoove plays smart he is quite effective on both sides of the floor when he tries to shoot 3's and midrange jumpers he is bloody awful. Really nice defensive effort after that lull in the early part of the 3rd qtr.

I'm really impressed with Gobert. Guys built like that usually don't have that much stamina. He's yet to sit down it seems.
If Smith plays like he is tonight (minus two questionable long-range shots) I think our bench is as good as anyone's. That was my main concern going into this season, so it's nice to shore that up a bit. I'm not sure we're where we need to be to contend for a title yet, but I think we should scare some teams at this point, especially if we continue to improve the chemistry a bit.
