this game iwll be their btb second game.
Tmac will continue kick their a ss after an alley-oop.
Rafer, Head, Shane, BJ, AB, Novak will shoot 3s in 70%.
At 8 mins in 4th q, RA clean our bench. 126 : 95 Rockets win over 10 points again.

(i know the math doesn't work out exactly for this one but I saw it on the other game threads so i want to keep it rolling for good luck)

 

Next one will be NJN, this will be our number 19.
After bllow New Oleans out over 20 points, our players need keep humble, don't feel too good to play New jersey, they can shot, Carter can dunk.

Another huge game. Another must win. We're not a lock for the playoffs yet....

 

He sprained his ankle on Monday and he's day to day.

Whether he plays or not, this one's gonna be tough.

 

This is going to be a tough game.

Only reason we won last time is because Big Yao ABUSED Chandler in ways never seen before.

Hopefully being at home will spur on our hot shooting and we contain Paul and T-Mac goes off.

I hope it doesn't end here, but we all say that about every game.

Isn't it funny how this streak went from being longest in the Yao/T-Mac era (what was it? 6? 7 games?) to the longest in franchise history (17) and possibly tied for the 4th longest in NBA history if we beat the Hornets.

This is a huge game because Hornets is ahead of us for THIRD F****** SEED!

We need to keep doing the same thing on this board to keep everything consistent during the streak, we will need the following:

-Several post highlighting our unbelievable play, touting another rout

-An equal number of post answering that this could the game the streak ends but we're still playing well.

-Someone pointing this out as a "trap" game

-Someone suggesting we're playing better without Yao

-Some troll saying that we suck, and that we'll never win this game.

-Serveral boasts about Landry's play

Concerns:

Without Yao, Chandler/Armstrong can be more effective at blocking shots, both on their man and on the weakside. Their length and athleticism is superior. Good interior passing will be key to avoiding the blocked shot.

Each Hornets game is 50-50 as to whether Peja is on or off, and when he's on, good D does not work on his parking lot rainbow 3's. When he's off, he's usually really off and it helps the opposition. Which Peja shows?

If West is not healthy or not able to play, that would be a big help. Hayes D is not as effective against him as against other elite 4's, and we know Scola and Mandry are not defensive stalwarts.

Mandry looked relatively unexplosive against Dallas. Will it carry over?

The refs gave Hornets some home-cooking away from home in our last loss to them and affected the outcome in the last minute. They could do so again.

Honestly....I would love to keep the streak going....but after kicking the crap out of dallas....I'll be ok with any outcome. They have played amazing and I won't trash talk them for any loss.
