Way to go James! The Wooly Bully

 

Easily the best part about this game is Dwight only attempting 5 shots (and making all of them!) Kudos to him and the offense for not force feeding him.

Smith wasn't efficient offensively but led the team in blocks and steals. That's exactly what we need from him and wouldn't get from DMo/Jones.

 

And just think, this was us a year ago this time:

perhaps hes traded already and they are trying to get other(main) guys going...or perhaps its the other way around...

 

His offense, too. And right now, his 3pt shot is broken.

Watching the game now on DVR. Ariza is becoming an offensive liability. He is incredibly trigger-happy for someone who has been bricking for two solid months now.

 

Becoming? It's been that way for quite a while now. One of the big disappointments of this season.

 

watch the first episode of "rockets round table" with mchale & he specifically states that he tells ariza to keep jacking up the shots.

seems they want ariza to be something he's not.

 

love it, but that's the definition of a YOLO 3.

 

Maybe he's so bad right now so that he won't be able to miss in the playoffs. *logic*

 

It makes me sad I wish he would get his shot back so bad, he does so much on the other end of the floor. I wish we could cut down his mins or give him a couple games off

 

Was really worried during the 1st half with that performance. Just couldn't shake them and seemed lost at times on offence.
But WOW in terms of the 2nd half. Harden once again stepped up big time. Loved the reaction at achieving his PB of 3's.
Smith, even though better than last game, concerns me. I'm just hoping he's still finding his feet.
Brewer - Would love him to get more minutes.
Ariza - Agree about his shooting. But happy about everything else he brings to the side. Maybe rest him for a game or two. Hoping he comes out of his bad shooting form soon!

 

I do remember that, now that you say it. But Jesus -- for how long? I wouldn't mind him continuing to shoot in the flow of the offense, but he takes so many DUMB 3s lately. I can't slander him the way I want to because he's so excellent defensively, but his fastbreak 3s are beginning to cause me physical pain.
