    LOL

Feature Wood and KPJ then wins start adding up.

    Who would have thought?

    Certainly not CF or Silas.

    Coaching matters.

More about spacing and a complementary starters around him than about hairstyle.

And Wood at the 5 completely changes the Rockets play style.

Good win. For three quarters, the Rockets had a nice team concept. It did help to face such a porous defense:
    • 57 uncontested looks -- Rockets made 57.9%
    • 19-31 on "contested looks" ( 61.3%)
It was encouraging to see Sengun get that strong dunk off a post-move. His TOs may have been a result of him trying to do too much in the limited minutes he's playing. I also think he forced his only 3 because he knew his time was up. He just needs to keep growing into this featured big man/sixth man role.

Wood looked great in the small starting lineup.

I thought this. I also think getting Sengun and Wood on the floor at the same time for about 10 minutes is a good idea. I think a lineup of Brooks, Gordan, Sengun, Wood, and Matthews with Sengun playing point forward in the half court would work pretty well. KPJ and Green need open lanes so you should only have Wood or Sengun playing with them at any one time.

So Silas can sit them on the bench and play vets ahead of them?

Rockets already cannot find any minutes for JC and Garuba.

Hell, Silas cant even find 20 MPG for the best rook in NBA - Sengun.

Put proven and efficient shooters around KPJ and good things happen, even W's.

KPJ was +11 this game. Only shot 33% from 3P but his teammates on starting 5 were shooting 50% or better from perimeter.

EGo, Matthews, Brooks, Wood, Tate all around game also look much better now too.

    What is wrong with you???

The posters who keep clamoring to move Wood and KPJ are simply ridiculous.

You ADD to these 2 players.

Green and Sengun are key backups for now.

He came out aggressive from the start, probably the best game of his career. He was also aggressive on the boards. He is not usually that engaged or looking for other players as a playmaker. Whatever this was, this is exactly how he needs to play.

Tell that to MDA fans. Silas has been fine for a tanking team.
