Garrison Mathews... I expected him to not play well today... he looks really good. I like his confident white boy swag!

Man, what a different offense this is with Matthews starting. It's like his presence alone opens everything else up.

Garrison Mathews seems like poor man's Duncan Robinson.

kpj might just force me to apologize to him. When he plays to facilitate first like this, while mixing in drives…..

Rockets look like a “real team” with their two worst players going out. Imagine that. ;)

No Theis, no Green = semi-competent basketball team

    Wood back to the 5
    Tate to the 4
    Gordon & Mathews as shooters

    Was it Silas or Stone?

It's not Theis' fault. Rockets have 3 centers - Wood, Sengun and Theis. He's objectively the worst of the three. And the 2 bigs lineups do not work. Glad Silas finally realised it.

I don't completely. He was just part of the problem because he's not a shooter. With Theis and Green replaced by Gordon and Mathews, that's MUCH better spacing which makes the offense run better.

    They are also better defensively.

It is all on Silas. His double big lineup was terrible. Everything has looked better since he changed that.

There's only like 5 of them. Just put them on ignore and the board experience significantly improves.

The two big lineup is really like a three big lineup...

Tate is more like a small PF than a three...

The spacing with Wood, Theis and Tate was absolutely abysmal.

It was like 90's basketball without a post presence.
