Six pack? I don't ever remember Spoon as being anything more than the "Round Mound of Rebound II" even since college. Are you sure you're thinking of the same player?
LOL! Yah, may be my memory is failing me, but I remember seeing a video for him during the pre-season where he was running on a football field pretty damn fast, and he was CUT. I am telling you, he was CUT. I think he was running with the Rockets trainer, along with Yao if I am not mistaken.
We should have had much more... if we had just hit half of our wide-open shots. So far, Wesley, Sura, and Yao all missed great looks on jumpers.
Man, I love the aggressive attack inside by T-Mac, but I am REALLY worried that he will catch one of those patented "Shaq Hacks" (not to be confused with hack-a-Shaq) and will be flattened on his back. Thankfully, Shaq and T-Mac are friends, so let's hope that won't happen tonight.
I think Spoon's extra weight is helping him get tremendous leverage on Shaq. If we win tonight, Spoon should be treated by the team to any buffet he wants.
No kidding... it seems like Shaq doesn't like to shoot that jump-hook anymore. If its not a layup or dunk, its not a good possesion for Shaq.
I like what T-Mac is doing driving more instead of only settling for the outside shot. He needs to keep it up. He needs to make at least 12-14 free throws tonight. Yao needs to keep out of foul trouble, make his shots and rebound.
this reminds me of when we first got wes. he was in a slump worse than the one he is in now. he said he had a chance to view some game film and fix his form. my question is, why isn't he fixing it now? you can tell he is not using his usual form. as for sura, he rarely hits jumpers anyway. yao will get into it as the game goes on (hopefully).
