I did watch them, but I don't quiet agree with you. Yao certainly played very well in those games, but yah well, let's concentrate on the future:)

BTW, did you see the mid-range jumper by Wesley? Why the hell doesn't JVG tell our shooters to do that this game instead of jacking up threes and not making them (althought they ARE open shots)?

    Because they are open shots.

They don't have to hit all of those open shots, but its not too much to ask for half of them.

In games which they've won, they've done that easily... and they are very capable of doing that.

I'm not asking for streaky, lights-out shooting... but James and Wesley have missed shots that they should be making.

Rockets shooting 31% from the field and 0-10 from 3-point land, yet only down 5 at the half? I don't know whether to be grateful they're so close or disgusted with their offensive performance the last 2 1/2 games.

bigballerj, WHO are your loyalties with: the Rockets or the Lakers?:p

Yah, well, considering how badly the Lakers need to make the playoffs to save ANY face left for Kobe, I would expect more 40+ points performances in the next 13-15 games left. He needs to save himself from the blitz of criticism he will get for running the Daddy out of town (what a freakin' idiot, the more I watch Shaq, the more I know how dumb Kobe is, but he is being exposed now. I wish him the best!

Anyone check out George Karl tonight?

He's wearing the throwback uni warmups while coaching, I think he lost a bet.

He should also realize that although Kobe has 39 thru 3, his team is still just tied.

Its another Lebron-type performance for him... even Magic (the eternal optomist) has given up on the Lakers.

Our guards collectivly shot 2 for 17 and commited 5 fouls, one technical. What's going on with them. I remember Barry said we have so many weapons that it's impossible all of them not working together.
