That's what basically happened in tonight's game vs the Knicks and they were still blowing them out for a good portion of the game. Wade had 40 and Lebron seemed like he was just going to play facilitator. I guess the only positive about it is that the Heat kinda relaxed and allowed the Knicks to get back into it somewhat which made Wade and the starters play the whole game. I wish T Will would get some time for this one, we could use his size and athleticism to try and stay with Lebron or Wade, im already cringing at the thought of Budddinger trying to stay with these guys on D.
This will definitely be a very entertaining game... We'll pull through, but just barely cause LBJ will have a 4th quarter barrage, like he always does...
We need team spirit any volunteers out there that will make a video like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QcQ3QSrwASs&feature=player_embedded
I think Adelman should let Lowry guard Wade and put Martin on Arroyo. Lowry can use his strength to guard Wade which would leave Martin with a easier person to guard. They also need to watch their turnovers. The Heat are playing well b/c they are running ppl out the gym. You can't catch Lebron and Wade on a fast break.
Martin needs to subbed early for Lee on Wade. I don't see Hayes getting alot of playtime, since Bosh can shoot over him and Scola is no match. Hill will get his 20, unless he gets in foul trouble.
Is there a bigger NBA fan than her??  <object width="640" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/QcQ3QSrwASs?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/QcQ3QSrwASs?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="385"></embed></object>
I have been a die hard rockets fan since the 80's and this secret weapon chick almost converted me to a knick fan lol
If there is any chance of beating the Heat, we need Jordan Hill to do this to Chris BosH: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zUQh1V2qpZg
Man that Yao Ming cat thread was hilarious... Anyways ill be missing the game because someone told me they were taking me and now switched up the plans last week and is bringing a chick instead. Someone who wont appreciate the actual game.
Now, Ladie and Gents, THAT is a woman who looks 10X better than Lala. You better get your Viagra when you meet Ladysex. lol.
I hope that the Rockets keep the current longest winning streak in the NBA alive. Scorch the HEAT and on to +6...
NBA Spreads: Miami Heat at Houston Rockets Written December 29, 2010 by Steve Janus The Houston Rockets will put their eight game home winning streak on the line against the Miami Heats nine game road winning streak when the two teams face off at the Toyota Center tonight. Houston comes in off a 100-93 win over the Wizards at home, and has now won seven of their last eight. Miami held off the Knicks for 106-98 win at home last night, and are a ridiculous 15-1 in their last 16 games. Taking a look at the NBA spreads for tonight’s games, the oddsmakers are giving Houston some credit, as the Heat are favored by just 5.5-points over the Rockets on the road. Looking for a great place to do your NBA betting this season? Sports Interaction is offering our readers a special 100% sign-up bonus on all first-time deposits. The Heat aren’t just beating teams, they have been crushing them lately. Out of Miami’s last 15 wins, only three have been by fewer than 10 points, including last nights game against the Knicks, where the Heat at one point had a 22-point lead. The Heat are winning by nearly 14 points a game during this stretch, and with the way they are playing it’s hard to see it stopping anytime soon. Dwyane Wade lad the way with a season-high 40 points last night against the Knicks, while LeBron James and Chris Bosh each had 18 points and 10 rebounds. James nearly missed out on another triple double, as he also had eight assists. The Rockets are 10-3 in the month of December, but only one of those wins came against a winning team, and that was back on Dec. 1 against the Lakers. Still you have to give credit to Houston for winning the games they should, but I until they start beating some of these top notch teams, its hard to take them too seriously. Kevin Martin has led the Rockets in scoring in each of the last six games, and win he plays well so do the Rockets. Martin is averaging 23.4 points this season, but figures to have a tough time scoring tonight, as he will likely have Wade guarding him for most of the game. Martin has averaged just over 12 points a game against the Heat, the worst of any team he has faced. Normally I like to stay away from teams that are playing on back-to-back nights against a solid opponent, but with the way Miami is playing, its hard to go against them, especially when they have to win by just six points. I still think the Rockets are a bit overrated, and I wouldn’t be surprised if this game was a complete blowout.
Lowry and Brooks need to put on a clinic against carlos aroyo and...(i don't even know who the backup pg is). LETS GO ROCKETS!!
