ClutchFans Game Thread: Heat @ Rockets 10/7/2021 (Preseason)

wood needs to stop thinking he is the the number option. He is not playing correctly at all. Coach needs to get that ball moving. Wood cant rebound tonight

 

That's not a good answer. We have vets and we have rooks, you lay down the foundation, it's not going to lay itself down. So far I see a McHale.

 

Flashbacks of Ralph Sampson. Except with Ralph it would usually lead to a turnover or something.

 

Uh oh... it's the JC hour... no telling what's about to happen.

 

We need that lineup that got us back in in the game against Wizards.

 

Yuck.

 

Man, this game has been a whole lot of ass.

I was told this year was going to be a lot of Ls, but at least it would be fun.

Feeling like Eric Gordon right now, this is not fun

 

Tough quarter to watch that.

 

I don't mind if Green isn't a creator as long as he can get buckets and isn't a huge liability on defense. But you're right about Porter though...maybe it's just one game but this game seemed like a "Oh they starting this game at 9 and mess up my night to party? F' it I'm mailing this one in"

 

Sengun did it again with the tip board!

 

I gotta say, Green hasn't had necessarily any big defensive highlights but I like his defensive effort. He still has A LOT to learn, but you can tell defense isn't just an afterthought for him. If he has a will to get better defensively, I think he could be a solid defender. After watching Harden barely care for large parts of his career, I'm happy to see someone with as much talent who cares about both sides of the ball.

 

Worse than McHale, tbh.

 

Wood had some really awful body language tonight. I'm wondering if maybe his future is elsewhere.

 

Prepare yourselves, this is what they will look like most of the season.

 

Then we need the Wizards.

 

JC is always trying to make flashy pass instead of the simple easy one.

He is not a PG.
