    how did everyone look?

Shaq looks like he is doing well. Did he dunk on Yao? Does he look faster than before?

    How does Yaos stamina look?

Checking in on the radio to avoid the typical Copper halftime trainwreck and I see that Air Bull is with Gene instead of Jim Foley. Anyone know anything about that? Gene and Jim have been the radio voices of the Rockets forever; I'd hate to see the team broken up, even for Bull.

    Foley out
Radio analyst Jim Foley, who is going into his 18th season as Rockets radio analyst and 33rd with the Rockets, will undergo an arterial bypass in his right leg Tuesday and will recuperate through the preseason.

Former Rockets forward Matt Bullard will fill in for Foley in the preseason.

Foley said he expects to be cleared to rejoin the team in time for the regular season.

The rest of the broadcast teams remain, with Bill Worrell doing television play-by-play, Gene Peterson radio play-by-play and Adrian Chavarria and Alex Parra Spanish-language radio broadcasts.

Couldn't make the NBA.com thing work but the radio 610 link works great.

    Thanks Blatz.

For those of you watching, how is it listening to Van Chancellor? Is that accent unbearable(as I suspect)when you have to listen to it for more than just an interview? Are you already counting the days until they replace him?:D

Gene Peterson is also in preseason mode.

When Bowen has the ball, he keeps saying Nachbar.

and one time, Bowen missed a 3, and Gene thought it was Boki, and blasted Boki for not playing well

but Boki ironically is having a bad game.

anybody else listening to the NBA Inside Ticket think this dude sounds like Tommy Chong's wrestling announcer from Still Smokin? Can't tell if he's falling asleep or just bored.
