Didn't TMac get his credit tonight from his passing and assists? he would have no credit with his 5-14 fgs. TMac's shooting sucked tonight. Why don't you live with the fact that TMac is inconsistent and should pass more?
I'm in Austin and watch using League Pass but I think I saw at the start of the game it said replay at midnight, but not sure.
exactly. if you read my post before, i've said bad and good things both about tmac and yao. i don't have to defend myself against him. the only problem i have with the rookie now, is that he brings out YOF from his $ss cuz someone is criticizing tmac, like they're mutually exclusive.
Yes the team did shoot 55%. t-mac shot about 35.7%. that being said... on nights where he's not on his shooting game, its good to see him be more of a facilitator instead of trying to shoot himself out of a slump as we have seen in the past. The fact that he didn't is much to his and Adelman's credit for him buying into the system. Again, great team win. keep the streak up boys.
I hear ya, but there is obviously too much of that going on on both sides on this site. We should be happy we continue to win first of all and although be able to criticize, maybe not nit pick to the point that makes us look like haters.
A team that shall remain nameless, even with all of the hype and predicted by some to represent the West in Finals....got beat by the Hawks, after blowing a 4th quarter league. We on the other hand, had total domination of the game.
Maybe this explains why he has nearly 300 posts and still a Rookie... "A flood of words don't contain a drop of reason." I really miss Boki Nacbar. Maybe we can trade Mike j for him.... By the way, although he had a bad night tonight, Josh Smith should be the all-star for ATL this year, not Joe Johnson. He does it all, plays har defense, blocks shots, get steals, finishes on fast breaks and rebounds. If he can get a coach who knows something, he can score with more efficeincy. My prediction: He gets a big contract and ends up in Miami or Portland. Portland makes a lot of sense since they will be 20 mil under the cap since Darius Miles and Steve Francis are coming off the books. If Josh goes to Portland, and Greg O comes back 100% and they keep the core together, they are the next NBA dynasty.....just a thought.
I am so ridiculously tired of the [PICK A LETTER]OF stuff. The YOF thing ran it's course, and now the silly spinoffs are just bludgeoning the carcas of a dead horse. It's old, tiresome and the name-labeling arguments are revealing the stupidity and immaturity of a lot of posters -- and ruining threads. Just know that intelligent analysis is appreciated by a lot of posters and readers, even if they're silent about your post.
Thank you bigman. I'm glad you said that. I'm making good posts and getting zero replies while this other crap rages on. You are the man.
hopefully the team will continue to play with that fire from the outset. roy will probably be back for portland since they are falling out of the race quick. but i think we've proven we can beat them. as for the kings, i'm watching the gsw-kings game right now and boy are they impressive. with bibby back, they have a terrific backcourt in bibby and martin. both can flat out shoot and create a little bit. and we all know artest always plays well v. the rockets. so this game might be VERY tough b/c of the potential offensive matchups they can provide. we need these next 2 games. to be a great team, you MUST dominate at home, beat the teams you should beat, and beat the elite teams with consistency.
Hayes 3/3 ,there must be something wrong ! sorry , HOF,I am just joking .i like our three PFs :Hayes,Scolar,Landry . only one year ago , our PFs........... ,thank God.
Reggie Theus is proving to be a good coach for Sacramento. That team has been injury ridden and he's had them play very hard. Reggie for COY? If his team was in the East, they would be in the playoffs.
It's not just Theus. They are a talented team independent of the coach. Bibby, Martin, Artest and Miller is a strong group when healthy.
Putting more offense on the floor at the forward positions is paying dividends. Also, the team is playing like they care, this is a refreshing change from several weeks ago, when they were stuck at .500 and going nowhere. Intensity makes a huge difference.
The Rox next 5: 02/11 POR 8:30pm 02/13 SAC 8:30pm 02/19 @CLE 7:00pm 02/21 MIA 8:00pm 02/22 @NO 8:00pm (all East times) I feel that at leat 4 of 5 are winnable, with our streak reaching a halt in New Orleans. It depends on the teams health in that game. We need to bring 100% We are definetly in for a treat these next 5, though. All entertaining games in some form or fashion.
