Spurs and Suns also nearly fell. The race is heating up and teams may be pressing a bit. Rockets need to just relax and do their thing. Stay focused and teams that are scaring other western contenders will not pose as much a problem.

Hope we can take care of business at DPA (Depth Perception Arena). :D

Tomorrow is a big day. Portland plays the (much improved) Indiana Pacers back to back and Utah has a tough game to play back to back against the Chicago Bulls.

Plus the Kings and Warriors go at it.

Playing against a mediocre Eastern team with a 9-1 winning streak is what worries me. Hope the team can play with utmost intensity throughout the whole game. Of course, I hope the winning streak can continue.

this team is VERY VERY athletic. we can't take this team lightly. tmac was at shootaround this morning so he appears to be better.

this team will front yao b/c they're undersized so hopefully we'll swing the ball around and not just look for him constantly.

We have to slow them down defensively and beat them on the boards. They have quite a lot of options.Good ball movement, spacing and cutting to the basket can cause them problems.
Yao needs to have a big game. He can intimidate them if he is aggressive on both ends and doesn't rely on only making layups and taking soft shots.
It's going to be tough. Too hard to call for me.

The Hawks look a lot better, but they're still a .500 team at best. The Rox need to come out hard in the first quarter and jump on them with both feet.

They played with a lot of energy and hustle in the first quarter of the Cleveland game, although the offense was off. If they come out flat and lifeless again today like they have so often in the past it's going to be a big disappointment, especially after all the talk about having turned the corner.

Play like we have recently and we win this by double figures imo. T-Mac to have a triumphant return to form after his illness and score 30
