Yeah, but the sky has been cracking for the last dozen or so games - we are not exactly humming on all cylinders....

Ariza was so non-chalant and in denial about his horrible game in his interview.
Among all the players getting most minutes, this guy is most disappointing and needs to be traded or come off the bench for the Rockets to be a legit contender. I say this because he has been horrible offensively and average defensively since last season.

Most coaches have (Maybe I was spoiled with Adelman ) set plays they can call to get a open 3 or a quick cut to the basket to stop runs. I dont know, this one was on everyone they tried to play through it...it didn't make sense.

Probably alot of Atlanta fans in the building. One thing I know about Houston fans is you really have to prove you are legit before they start coming....this game is exactly why. Houston used to be good home crowds but the last couple of season have been awful.

I thought Ariza's 3 went in as well. I was in disbelief when I saw them playing on.

The looks on Rockets players faces when they were choking this away was one of shock. They had no answerson how to stop the bleeding, the team looked like they were in total disarray.

I'm not one to scream for trades after a loss or someone playing badly, but this team needs a jolt from somewhere. When guys aren't hitting shots, Harden most nights cannot do this alone. This team right now is in a big funk, but I hope that's all it is. Hopefully a way is found to right the ship.

Teammates don't even care enough about defense to even tell another teammate pick left or pick right... middle school ****.

Pretty noticeable limp when he tries to get back on defense. Its obvious he's hurt and while commendable that he's trying to play through it, his ineffectiveness is killing this team. The allstar break can't come fast enough

This is the new low for the season. Feels like 80% of our L's come with a late 4th Quarter collapse. The coaching staff must be aware of this.

He shouldn't have even had to play the fourth when he setup the bench to make this an easy win. It's Bullshit to make all on him. When you are suppose to trust your team when they have wide open looks and they don't show up, why would you blame him? 9 for 38 for Ariza, Gordon, and Anderson. And if you put Bev in then it's 12 for 46. But sure blame Harden for making his teammates miss wide open shots. We shouldn't have to have our star player go for 50 for our team to have a chance. That's nonsense.

Trust your team for what? James Harden is a great player surrounded with ****. His greatness was enough to create the 20 pt lead, his greatness should've been enough to close the game out. That's what I'm saying. When you're great the onus is on you, no one gives a **** about who our teammates are, they aren't great, you are. Once James re-entered the game, an Atlanta comeback should've been a non-story but he encouraged his shitty teammates to keep shooting threes even though they continued to lay more bricks than what's necessary for Trump's wall. He didn't utilize his driving ability because he was too concerned trying to get calls. He's as responsible for that loss as Ariza going 1/12 from the field and solidifying the question "Just what exactly does Ariza bring to this team?". Harden is responsible because he's the leader, he gets the mvp chants not Nene, not Bev, not Gordon but Harden, he runs the show and last night in the fourth he played like **** and his teammates followed his example
