Found a gif of the volleyball block (should have been counted as a steal too!)

I don't think getting the ball after a blocked shot ever counts as steal though, right? It's either one or the other. At least it's that way in NBA 2k.

 

Technically, I think it counts as a blocked shot and a rebound-- a missed shot attempt results in a rebound and somebody gets the rebound (unless it goes out of bounds and count as "team rebound").

 

I clicked the arrow sign and found there's another gif which shows more of that play, I think it's more of a steal in a shot block style

patterson was more active around the rim. haven't seen him very active much

You're right. I checked the play-by-play. It was counted as a block and a rebound
