Imagine next year - Harden plays better defense, Lin shoots better, and Asik catches the ball better. We gonna have one superstar, two stars (could be 3 with Parsons), and max room to sign another superstar.

Now, let's start another winning streak from here. ;)

But you didn't watch the game. Delfino made some timely threes and passes this game. It's not like Chandler is in the dog house. He will be starting next game and hopefully he plays better.

I was able to watch the game once I came back from church & notice I never said he was in the dog house nor was I worried that he would lose his starting spot.

roxxy: you just want to see Parsons on the court because he's handsome. If he looked like Kendrick Perkins or Robert Swift you would not care about his benching at all. :p

    Haha. From hawks forum:

Lin and Harden are getting too much respect from these refs

Man, it was a game of both team making runs.

The timing of Delfino's 3s were impeccable. EVERYTIME the Hawks made a big run to close the gap, Delfino coolly hits his 3s and prompted the Rockets to make the run of their own.

Delfino was really the player of the game. Was absolutely big and calm under pressure.

He has been doing the euro step. May not look exactly like Harden's but he does it offten. It's easy to miss if you are not looking for it because there are many variations. Harden slows his down when he does it so he can create contact and get to the foul line so it's often easier to spot him doing it.

The euro step has been around it's nothing new...

Totally, man, what would we ever do without those 3 FTA those blind refs handed Lin?

Chandler is still injured. His shoulder probably want be 100 percent till next year. Douglas said he had the same injury last year and that's why his shooting was horrible last year.

Wish they would sit him out so he could get healthy. Now would be a good time since Patterson is back because they could start Morris at the small forward position --> SINCE HE'S A SMALL FORWARD ANYWAY...

Some quotes from the other side on Delfino

Delfino is singlehandedly killing all Hawk momentum.

You can say that again. we are down to 8 AGAIN, but Delfino hits a 3 every single time we get there.

Alright, back in it but I'm expecting a Delfino 3 to just sink my soul.

    Unreal....

    LOL...and he does just that.

But seriously, we should have gotten out of this Zone a long time ago. Its an attempt to slow down Harden, but delfino is just KILLING us.

Who cares if Delfino made a timely three every time the Hawks made a run, we should have Parsons work through his bad game, even if it results in a loss. ;)

3 FTA is nearly half of the FTA by the entire Hawks team last night.

They were complaining on their forum about how an entire team could have only 7 FTA in a game.

    Their answer:

"...cause everyone was playing soft as **** and nobody wanted to go inside. It was all jumpers."

He's probably stopped doing it the old way on doctor's orders. Lin doesn't do the Eurostep the dainty ballerina hop way like Harden does. The way Lin does the Eurostep and 360-degree spins it looks positively painful. Every time I watch one of his pre-injury NYK Eurostep or spin in lane it looks like his knees will, by all natural laws of physics, explode in a puff of red mist.
