I got to say, Hawks are playing like our upgraded team style.

But we are still in this. Go Rox!

    1. He probably isn't capable of even playing as well over-all as Ariza - though he'd certainly be a better scorer. T-Mac in a wheel chair would be a better scorer than Ariza.
    2. No. It wouldn't really boost his trade value - a friend of mine that works where Morey plays tennis heard Morey saying that T-Mac's career is over. But beyond that, the only real value to T-Mac right now is his expiring contract.
    3. If T-Mac isn't in our future plans (and he isn't) it probably does make more sense to give experience to Ariza. We're definitely not playing to win the title this season... But good god, it is painful to watch Ariza with the basketball.

Wow, that's a pretty bold statement for Morey to make especially if he is trying to trade the guy for something of value. I'm surprised he would make that comment in a public place seeing as how it's his job to get rid of Tmac for something worthwhile...

Well, I heard it second hand. So you know, it's just hearsay really. But I do believe the guy. Besides, I don't think it matters. How often have you heard conjuncture about somebody wanting to trade for T-Mac because they think he can help their team? It's generally all teams wanting to clear cap room.

this is something brooks has to improve if he wants to be a "star." if he has a bad shooting game, he has very little impact on the game. right now, he's stinking it up.

so far trevor has only played 23 minutes while brooks, scola, and battier have played more than him. cuold this be a sign of a reduction of minutes?

trevor's role has reduced quite a bit compared to the first 2 months (minutes and shot attempts). and it will continue to go down if he keeps struggling like this. there is no sign that he is improving.

ok. that's it. i officially hate DM. i cant respect a GM who'd say something like that about a player who is first and foremost a good person. it's like DM's making sure that tmac doesnt ever play professional basketball anymore. tsk tsk. that's low.
