    Dude, what is your problem? If there is an actual foul, it is not a flop. A flop is when there is not actual contact but the player feigns it. That is a flop. You can't use a word for something it is not.

    What? So when a player runs into a defender and the defender falls down (flops), there is no contact?

    Like I said, you have a narrow minded usage for the term flop. Also incorrect from what you told me.

    I guess Martin MUST use his body really intelligently -- I don't see how he could have gotten as far as he has with such a low release, it seems like he'd get blocked more...

    That's NOT a flop!! That's called drawing a charge it is completely legitimate defense.

    If there wasn't actual contact and the player fell down on his own, that is a flop.

    Well yeah...but we ARE talking about the center position that Adelman just loves to play him at. (in fact Hayes doesn't ever play PF anymore, Adleman plays him at Center only.)

    The guy is 6'6"(our SG is taller than him...), of course eventually guys would just shoot over him. Go back to the Nets game, Lopez would go off on Hayes...then quiet down on Hill.

    If you could look at my post history i've said nearly every night that Hayes should only play PF.

    Hill's defense is not BAD at all, so again Hill just looks like th ebetter player to start at Center.
