Last year's ball was pick and roll and pick and roll along with iso's from T-Mac from 25ft out straightaway (worst angles for driving to basket). That is basically what you are seeing from T-Mac tonight. So far this season, the best offensive sets for T-Mac have been on the elbow in an iso (best case of this was 4th quarter of game vs Clippers).

But, we'll see what happens in the 2nd half.

When you have others stepping up to the plate, ie Bonzi and Scola, Yao and Tmac don't need to force it, and can let the game come to them. Look at Yao's numbers, very efficient...Tmac, he will be on in the second half....

Damn everyone heres knows T-mac is having a off shooting night, but he is still doing othing things. And I really doubt that he will have a bad second half, so just get off the man back.

How do you not get that??????
he was obviously saying it's not the right choice to pass Chuck the ball on that certain play..... as in: Chuck couldn't get that pass worth anything, Tracy shouldn't have passed it to him
Am I seriously the only one who got that?

Bonzi and Scola combined for 30 points at halftime!

Glad to see the bench step up after it became obvious that they were letting the team down.

well... we've been here before i.e. leading 10+ at one point of the game, but the results havent always gone our way. let's just hope, we hold them off in the 2nd half. And anything new entries to Drexlerism will be nice too.

    i agree.

    3 mediocre PG's don't equal 1 good one.

with a solid PG tmac can work more off the ball and that's when he becomes scary.

to be honest, i think T-mac was great tonight, he got his teammates involved early with some really awesome passes...

he gave his teammates confidence and they contributed as a result.

    Sure.

The meaning was that at times it is better to lead the player, e.g. on a fast break or off a cut.

I understand that Scola or Hayes or whoever was under the basket but Clyde's statement was not ignorant. It made sense if you know basketball.

It was just a casual comment that is factual. Throwing the ball right at a player's hands is not always the ideal placement. That is all he meant.

    For the last time-

Last game he was 4-14 at halftime. He ended with 40pts on 14-30 shooting.

In other words, calm down. He is not getting any iso's on the elbow, hence no driving lanes just like last season. He will get it going in the 2nd half, Adelman will make sure of it.
