Haha... If I recall KMart drew fouls by coming off one or two bubble screens and pump faking a mid range shot to get his defender in the air... Or occasionally doing a mini drive off said screen to draw a foul.

This is ok but not as successful. One... Yes the nba did start to focus on calling those fouls less. Two... Players fell for it less. Three... In most cases it involved KMart in a midrange game. We know about mid range and efficiency.

In many ways KMart was like test version 1.0 of Harden for DM. Morey we know loved his ft's and relative shooting efficiency. But his game was principally mid range. And he plays even less defense than Harden. And couldn't create for himself but relies on screens and the sort.

I'm not concerned about Harden getting less calls. Frankly, aside from the 5-10 games it would take him to adjust it might actually make him more potent. The guy can flat out create for himself, fouls or no. Mid argue part of his 2-9 tonight was the fact that he was pushing for contact so much so mentally wasn't 100% focused on perfect form.

Yup, He reminds me of iverson of how aggressive he gets in the paint. Evidence is in the FTA per game Iverson and Harden both averages during their prime years. Harden is of course a MORE efficient player than Iverson ever was. But still some similarities can be claimed.

Glad tha Houston got Harden for sure.

DMo, if you noticed, plays very well with Lin. The two are "in sync".

Was never a fan of Dwight, he's immature and a diva.
But quotes like this and his genuine happiness for his teammates is nice to see.

Not sure about that. We have one player who can get to the FT line whenever he wants when things are not looking so good. That is such a great weapon to have in the playoffs when the opponent tries to play you tighter.

What could be better: the Rockets win, the little ponies lose. Sweet.

    ^ I'd say 15K for Randolph
