im also expecting a big win for our Rox and hope we can go on an awesome winning streak like 20 games in a row.

The Rox seem to make good adjustments after the game (remember the Celtics) and I expect Yao to go off for 40 pts.

Does anyone know if the meters around Toyota Center are free in the evenings? Where on the street are people parking?

 

I think they are free after 7, but you have to get over there early, otherwise you are going to have to walk few blocks for free parking.

 

Where is this "free parking" located at even if its a few blocks away... Do you mean meters?? I had to pay 10 bux when i went on sat & that really stank!

 

Rockets should win this game, after playing well the past two games I expect the same stuff

 

all meters (so far) are free after 6 or 7 PM and free on the weekends. there are talks about charging at all hours to generate $ but bar patrons and w/e clubbers (and i'm sure ppl like stack24) don't like that at all. i hope that never happens!

I think Yao is gonna make Lorenzon look bad tonight. But Pao will come to the party and kill whomever is guarding him, forcing us to switch Yao over to defend him. It's about time for Posey to come out too. If Yao stays out of foul trouble, the Rockets win. If Yao gets in foul trouble, we lose.

 

Rockets should win in a blowout 92-76. BTW, whatever happened to Posey? He's not scoring and he's been torched by whoever he's guarding this year, it seems.

 

I think there are 2 guys that will always bring it to yao, each and every game.

pau....he brings competitive fire. and genuinely wants to win.... he is professional. i like that he comes after yao, but not to the point where its a pissing contest like my next subject.

amare....its as if yao stole his first born child, and he feels that every chest bump after a dunk proves to the world that its got to be all about amare. its not about the suns vs the rockets to him, it is and seemingly always will be amare vs. yao. i can only remember last year amare went right at yao every single time, getting blocked like crazy and bricking everything that he threw up....and he threw up alot, 25+ shots. and made like 6 or 7.

 

Pau is a classy guy off the court from what I read.
By the way, RealMadridFan, when can RealMadrid stop screwing up good players and itself too. I hate it.

I feel the same way.. like Amare is jealous of all the attention and accolades Yao gets even though Amare was the ROY. It almost seems like Amare has something personal against Yao.

not wanting to derail this thread I think Pau will bring it everynight against anybody and I dont think he gets up anymore for games against the Rox or anyother team.

I dont know why we all cant stand Pau hes a good player but he does look like a parrot and I guess that bugs me. haha =)

I think the only thing that bugs people is that Pau whines like crazy when he doesn't get the calls. It just rubs some people the wrong way.
