Yes but common sense isn't a strong point with that crowd. You see posters gloating after losses in the fire Mchale thread as if every loss proves we should have kept him, lol. We have his assistants and we went with the same strategy he said he was going to go with had he stayed, starting Terry, lol.

 

It'll be interesting to see what Les does if the Rockets lose to the Sixers. If we blow it up I'd really like us to get as many picks as we can. We need a complete change and we're not getting true leaders we need back in any trade. The only problem I see Les facing is does he let Morey blow it up if he's just going to fire him in the near future? Wouldn't he want the new GM to do their thing?

 

I didn't think the defense outside of Brewer was that bad at all. Sure there were lapses but for the most part again outside of Brewer I thought they were engaged

 

This and he just kinda sucks lol

 

Is it too early to say this team is the 2013 Texans?

 

We were but this team seems to not be able to hit a shot and they make stupid mistake after stupid mistake. We must have the lowest BBIQ in the league right now.

 

No no that's fair man. It wasn't horrible, you are right. I'm really just referring to Corery f'ing brewer. I am so pissed. People rag on Harden about his D when Brewer is far worse and bricks away whenever he touches the rock.

 

Les needs to reevaluate this no tanking mentality of his. This team is going nowhere this season. I'm not saying we're there yet, but it's almost at the point where if your Rockets management, you may wanna think about throwing in the towel and looking toward next year.

Trade away Dwight(or let him walk this offseason) since it would be insane to hand him 25-30 mil/yr as his body continues to deteriorate. Get rid of T-Jones since you're clearly not going extend him next summer. Dump Brewer and Bev. Find a taker for Lawson. Then give a crapload of minutes to Capela and D-Mo(when he returns) and get those two some valuable experience heading into next season. Also, see if McDaniels has any game.

And I disagree BTW that the Rockets wouldn't get a top pick. Not in the top 3 maybe since there are several teams we are not gonna finish behind even if we try. But we could definitely be top 5.

 

We need a shooting coach. I also think Moreys fast paced system leads to TOs....

Guys I think anyone could coach like that... Wtf I seriously think they want to tank....

For example they got in the bonus with 10 mins left and then proceeded to shoot 3s?!?! I know others have mentioned this, but Wtf I'm literally dumbfounded by this.

"coach, they have 5 team fouls and there's 10 mins left, should we drive? " - players

I can't believe how much Brewer and Lawson have regressed. Brewer's D is WORSE THAN HARDEN and Lawson looks like a D-league scrub.

 

I'm convinced we won't win another game. I'm going ****ing mental over here!

 

Also Harden was cooking all night.. He didn't get a shot up until like the 4 minutes mark I believe. That's weird. Brew and Ariza just keep chucking

 

Nope. At least the 2013 Texans won their first 2 games before everything went to hell. This team lost their first 3 games each by 20 points. They've never looked right all season.

 

Maybe the Rox don't understand the concept of basketball is not to bang the basketball off the rim..it needs to go in the hoop...maybe that's the problem

 

Some how I knew they were gonna do that, I just knew it. We are gonna lose the season and JB's contract is going to expire. We will get a new coach, We are going to trade a lot of people and get a nice pick for sucking, that's probably the plan right now. I can totally see the season going that way.
