Thanks for the link. There may be a problem, though.

I logged on to check it out, and they're currently doing college football. They had an announcement of the schedule, and I thought they said they were playing the Miami vs. Virginia Tech game at 7:45et. The Rockets game is 8:30 et., so it doesn't seem to fit.. but right after that, they went to commercial, and it said "The official home of the Grizzlies, etc..." so maybe they will have the game?

I'll continue listening to try and clarify, and if I get an update, I'll post it here.

It'll be interesting to see who Posey guards... JJ or Cat?

Yao stays out of foul trouble and gets 28/8 and 4 blocks. (I'm figuring out that Cato is going to get a lot of his rebounds) How does Cato guard someone like Gasol? Team D.

I just looked at their program schedule and it says:

Sar. 11/1
10:30am Ole Miss Football
6:30pm Grizzlies Basketball

So hopefully their schedule is right.

 

Great. I just checked Rockets.com and 'Today's Big News' is now presented by Toyota.

It's just a matter of time until Turbo makes his return as Celica Turbo.

 

I think they will have the game. But 6:30? What time zone is that?

On the Memphis Grizzlies website, it says the game is 7:30 central time, and that it is broadcasted on WHBQ-560AM, which is the link.

Maybe 6:30 central is the start of the pregame?

After last nights game I'm not so sure that I did not over rate them.

 

Just like what I've said before, we are going to see they keep winning, as long as they play like a team. Tonight's winning should be a easy one

 

My 2 cents...

* Winning team (Rox) will not score more than 93 points.

* Posey will be on Cuttino. (He had Pierce last night and Mike Miller was on Eric Williams). Who wins the Cat vs Posey matchup may depend on officating. The Refs let Posey use his hands alot on Paul Pierce last night.

* Versus Boston, Hubie substituted en masse...3, 4, and even 5 players at the same time.

Things I'm going to be watching for...

* JJax posting up Mike Miller.

* Yao's weakside help D on Gasol.

* Will Hubie press the Rox like he did Boston? No Grizzlie with more than 32 min/ vs BOS and 10 players logged minutes with the 3 lowest each having 16.

* Transition D. Rox had 22 FB Pts vs Denver. But the Celts w/o Walker have committed to uptempo and could only get 11 (compared to 29 for MEM).

 

On the Pregame show on the audio link listed on this page, the host just said something I found amusing:

"For the Rockets, Kelvin Cato, who has played most of his career at center, is back at the power forward position, a position he's much more comfortable in"

huh?

 

The audio link doesn't work for me.

after the player loads, it says:

I am really curious about the match-up between Cato and Gasol.
Nobody can guard Yao one-on-one from the Gizzlies, but we cerainly can contain Gasol with Cato or Yao, IMO.

 

How come no one is posting?????

I live in Virginia and can't see or listen to tha game bcause of the level of crappiness of my computer, could someone pleeze let me in on wha is going on?
