I would love to see us win,but Griezllies are quality team.
They have Gasol on C,PF, Stro who supports them in the post,Navarro and Mike Conley Jr. on PG position,Hakim Warrick on SF but with all that we're better overral :D
Hopefuly we'll see some more action with our new players,Landry,Brooks,Butler and see if we can rely on them in the future.

I hope Adelman gives Francis a lot of playing time at the point....and I hope he performs well so we won't have another half dozen Francis is trash threads. Adelman should use the two Memphis games to answer questions about Francis, James and Brooks at the point NOT the shooting guard. We've seen enough Rafer...have those guys play a ton of minutes exclusively at point and let's just see how each one runs the offense and compare. We should forget about Lucas and Reed.....it's a waste of valuable playing time since they aren't going to make the team. I would like to also see Landry Harris, Novak and Butler and make a final decision of who to cut. Tmac should take a rest and Yao, Battier, Bonzi should only play one quarter....we pretty much know what we're going to get from them. So these are the guys that should get extended minutes because we need to either see where they fit in the rotation or if they can make the 15 man roster:

    (where in the rotation)
    Francis
    James
    Brooks
    ----------
    Landry
    Harris
    Novak
    Butler

    Forget
    Lucas
    Reed
    Snyder

also maybe play Scola and James in the starting unit to see if they can be an upgrade....

By the way, how is Rudy Gay doing these days? Is he making us regret trading him?

not now, at least. probaly few more years. don't think he'll be an all-star though. maybe a mike james type of roll player. that's my guess, though, he had some great moves on yi... in the summer league.

I`d say he is doing really good but it will still take hime perhaps 2 years to become a star. But he is already a good, contributing player that lacks consistency and some smarts...

    YOU'RE A ROOKIE

I really like the Grizzlies team. Gay is really great player, along with Gasol (he won't play) Miller and Warrick. But the player on this team which impressed me a lot is Navvaro. Damn he's really great. Unlbelivable range, pretty clutch player.

I think the situation with Memphis is similar to Knicks. They have a great team, good players, but they just cannot win.

Should be a interestin' game. Really. After what I've seen from our team and especially T-Mac I'm so excited.

It sucks a little bit that we're gonna play two games in a row against the same team.

Rudy Gay's taking tonnes of shots in the last game i watched, and he missed nearly all of them, he shot probably 15 percent from the field, i was very disappointed, maybe it's just the preseason and the coach wants him to get some touch. He's a great player for sure, i hope he gets even better(which he will). But i doubt he'll ever come back to houston, but it doesnt matter.

I can say with a huge confidence that he's gonna be a star in 2 years. Maybe he had that bad game but a game earlier he had been 5-5 from the 3-point line...

Yeah i've seen the boxscore for that one, he had a great game. This kid is going to play BIG, he'll hav a great career. With his athletism, and the determination he had developed when he was traded from houston(if he still has it in mind, lol) i think he'll work really hard wanting to prove himself. I hope he can succeed in doing so from deep inside my heart, best of luck Rudy.

Well you still have to admit injuries.

He's gonna be great I think better than Durant. But everybody needs time.

He's young, he has time. If durant doesn't hav any ridiculous break out season, i expect rudy gay to be better. But u never know, both hav talents. Injuries r inevitable, some serious ones had destroyed the careers of many talented players. Let's just hope the best for the rookies.

Juan Carlos is the real deal, they don't call him "the bomber" for nothing. But with gasol out, I'm expecting a 40 point victory, anything less would be uncivilized.
