    He's here for defense and corner threes. Players like Melo, LeBron, and Durant will just post up near the block and shoot fadeaway jumpers all day if Ariza weren't here.

    We either trade him or start him, there's no better alternative and Ariza on the bench would be an even worse fit.

    It's hard to tell how much of this is jetlag and fatigue from China and how much is Memphis' well-known defense. Ball pressure really got to the Rockets though. And Memphis is aggressively contesting some shots out here.

    Thank god Memphis busted out the full court press in the preseason. Now the Rockets know what to expect and how to counter.

    Yeah, it may be the jetlag, but the Grizzlies are definitely the first "real" team we play, the Pelicans are bad.
