    Trust and believe the rockets did their part
    But I am NOT letting the refs off the hook
    Cause it happens more often than not

    Three Fouls on Anderson in the 1st changes the game
    Hacks not being called means you miss shots or have turnovers. . . it changes the game

    When you up 15 . . . the refs can bring a team back easily
    Asked the Kings

    Rockets have some changes to make . . . .. but I am infuriate that EVERY FRICKING TIME we play the Grizz
    They get every fricking call under the sun while molesting us

    D'antoni and Morey has to call this **** out NOW!!!!
    If they ever expect a fairly called series in the playoffs

    Whoa. Thanks for posting that. I missed that due to bodies flying around all game.

    I realize this game is hard to officiate w/ players and coaches jabbering all the time at refs and rule changes & enforcement being uh...fluctuating, but I hope we see some more consistent calls in the playoffs.

    Whether the Rockets win or lose, basketballholic stays winning

    1. Rockets Win => _holic - The winning record says Capela is not missed and can be easily replaced by a 2nd round forward like Harrell. We need to trade Capela now for Thon Maker or Spencer Dinwiddie or Josh Harrelson

    2. Rockets Lose => _holic - Rockets will not go anywhere with James Harden handling the ball so much. We need to get in a primary playmaker who will take care of the ball like Ricky Rubio.

    Man I really thought the Rockets did well against Zbo and Gasol in the 1st half. They continueed to do well in the 3rd on them IMO. No tempo...

    Harden needs to make a choice. Either improve your pathetic defense, or fu*kin' cut down the turnovers. I'm not going to respect his game until he fixes either one of his glaring weaknesses.

    1. He's not a 'super role player'. He's above average at best.
    2. What exactly does he fix...? If you are going to answer with defense please don't.
    3. A major offensive weapon? No, we aren't even asking that of him, I mean seriously? He has two roles - shoot the open three, and slash to the rim. He does a mediocre job of both.

    This dude is not a starter anymore, he kills our offensive flexibility. Having he and Anderson in the starting lineup is paramount to suicide long term. When you consider that you already have your center who is well... a center, and both your PF and SF can't dribble - it's a recipe for disaster. I repeat for the one thousandth time: we won't win anything with Ariza as a our starting SF. And if he is - we need a versatile starting line up who can all do a variety of things.

    He is wildly inconsistent, he doesn't rebound enough, he doesn't offer anything outside of sitting in a corner and shooting 40% from there. You simply need more from your SF in today's league. He's a bench player and nothing more, he needs to come off the bench.

    Wrong, we lost this and we have no one to blame but ourselves.

    Not saying you are wrong about the refs, but if you seriously think the refs cost us this game you are overlooking how sloppy we were in the 2nd half. No urgency, intent or killer instinct.

    Yeah I'm not sold on Memphis being a "bad matchup". We got up 16 points on these boys without even play ring that well. The same old bad habits, chucking up 3's and lazy defense, is why we lost.

    And really, Tony Allen scored 22 on 9-10 shooting? That's pitiful.

    Tough loss. Little frustrating that they're frequently running out of gas in the 4th quarter.

    The schedule is a little tight right now, but after the All-Star break there are rarely any back to backs or longer road trips. Gotta stay in touch and beat Brooklyn and Miami now.
