Don't worry! Jim Jackson will be hot in the second half, as well as Cat. And Yao will start to dominate though double teamed. :) But they got to move the ball better.

The Rox outside shots don't need to be amazing to punish the opposition. They just need to make a fair number of shots to keep opponents honest along the perimeter. Tonight it almost seems like the Clips don't care about the Rox's outside game - right strategy given that they've bricked nearly everything except for Francis' early 3.

    The passing is horrible tonight.

39-36 down at the half to the Clippers.

Clarance Weatherspoon has attempted more shots than Yao. Why????????

They often come out strong in the first half and go hibernation in the second. I hope Rox play with some energy in rest of game and blow them out.

Look at the other inside-out offenses with the Spurs and the Lakers. The Lakers have Luke Walton, Gary Payton, Kobe Bryant, Kareem Rush, and Derek Fisher (streaky). The Spurs have Charlie Ward, Robert Horry, Turkogolu, and Ginobli. These teams can make you pay if you collapse down on Shaq or Duncan. The Rockets do not have that core of shooters that can kill the other team.

I was about to post my opinion on it but I think Quakes said it for me.

In other words, Yao and everyone else.

Edit to put in the verb, " to post". (I'm pretty much drunk) Go Rockets yay

Rockets make 3-4 jumpers in a row, and it will force the Clippers to change.

The Clips are fouling almost everytime the ball gets in the paint whether it's in Yao's hands or when the guards drive in. The Rox should push that to get them in foul trouble early in the 3rd.

We played better in the 3rd quarter, but they are hitting all jumpers.
