I can understand that from maybe scrubs who don't have any other way to contribute to a team. But from the head coach? To me, that should be an automatic technical.

you do know what tanking is? Your trading your good players for picks and prospects. Ie, Scola and Martin would have no doubtly been traded. Start with Lowry to build WITH, not around. Now you give a chance to Lee and Patterson to give acquainted with more time. Also shows Lee you want him long term instead of back up.

I caught the tail end of the game at Buffalo Wild Wings. Heart breaking loss.....we just don't have the talent to match up with the Clips......played them hard though.

Dude, that last play in regulation was a Lowry flop. He wasn't fouled and all his lazy passes and flopping are what REALLY cost us the game. We could have sealed the deal in regulation if it wasn't for his boneheaded plays.

I didn't understand the inbound pass to Dally with 40 on the clock.......what was he going to do with the ball in that situation, trapped in the corner anyway.

IDK how many time outs we had.......and that pass from Martin just looked lazy.

How many times before that did Chris Paul create contact and draw a cheap foul as a result? Its almost like the defender has to recoil backwards when Paul drives into him or the refs are going to call it in Paul's favor.

And I thought it was funny how after that play Chris Paul -- the master flopper himself -- was shaking his head crying about Lowry's flopping.

We had timeouts. Just a bad decision by Martin.

I noticed the inbounded to Dally a few times.......thats not a good thing. He is a center and his name isn't Yao.

Yeah this was definitely a big improvement from the last time that lob city came to town. That was just depressing.

This is what bothered me the most. Chris Paul was incessantly b****ing about the "floppers" on our team. You could see him mouthing the word flop again and again and shaking his head. Fine, we flop, I'll be the first to admit it, I don't like it either. That being said, he is so unbelievably hypocritical in his "anger" at our flopping. He constantly embellishes contact because he is a smart player and it is a smart thing to do. Our players were trying to do the same, failed, and it may have cost of the game. No need to go complaining to your teammates about how we are such horrible floppers. Everyone, including you Chris Paul, flops.

a lot of bad decisions by a lot of our players; I feel we had this game won on multiple occasions, damn.

After Twill scored 5 in a row he got really trigger happy and went into full on Point Forward mode. Why do all the players just give him the ball and clear out? even Lowry gives up his PG role to accommodate Twill.

I guess the play was to enter it into Dalembert and then the inbounder (Martin) would cut baseline looking for the handoff.

After the utah game so many people thought it was just one game. Well it was but we just loss the next two which hurts. Once rockets get ride of soft martin and add one more bigman it will make a world of difference.

    AKA Unibrow.

Seriously, don't envy Charlotte. I never want to be in the conversation for "worst team in NBA history", no matter what the prize at the end of the tunnel.

And if you think Davis is going to instantly turn them around, think again. Look at Washington. Wall hasn't saved them from going 8-28 so far, and it's his second full season as a starter. I figure it probably takes a solid four or five seasons of sucking on average before you become competitive and another couple years to become a legitimate contender. A couple years after that, all the guys you tanked in order to get? Leaving you in free agency to go to LA or New York.

    "****ing flopping, man".

Those words came out of CP3's mout after that Lowry flop. Oh, the irony.
